It has a very attractive and easy-to-navigate interface that allows me to use this application quite efficiently, the fact that it has a fairly organized access panel greatly facilitates the use of my account, the customer service team It is quite fast and efficient when it comes to answering any questions about the operation of the system, the fact that it can access and track information in a simple way is a very practical element to streamline all my tasks and pending activities.

Regarding the use of this application, I have nothing to complain about.

Mainly, it has been helping me to monitor what my salespeople do with all the information they have about my clients, since before it happened to me a lot that several stole the information from the database and used it for their own projects or They sold them to other companies, however now thanks to Osano, I can have more control over the use that is given to this type of information.

After researching CCPA/GDPR and going to the government mandated websites, we needed to look outside of our company for a easy unified solution. This is where Osana came in. It is easy to integrate. During the demo, the sales manager let us know that all we need was adding a 1 line of code. It is also trusted by many companies making it an much easier decision to go with Osana. Osana also makes sure we are always CCPA compliant. The Osana portal was pretty user friendly allowing us to customize the consumer front end interface.

The system does not classify similar scripts with the same classification? My suggestion is, it should do this automatically. Currently you have to manually classy these scripts, even tho it was classified before.

After conducting a thorough review of this space, I'd strongly advise you to be highly suspicious of the competition, especially OneTrust. They are the largest player in this space, but they are not good actors.
