"Superb product"
What do you like best?
We use PageProof to send proofs to our clients to review artworks and they love the ease of the process. We are happy that now we can see who has seen the proofs and it has made our whole workflow much more efficient. The PageProof team is also very responsive to answer our queries via the in-app chat.
What do you dislike?
Sometimes it could be quite confusing if you needed to do something to the proof when the workflow/process has started. We were not sure what notifications the reviewers will get. But this is something we can test it out internally.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We use it to keep track of who has seen the proofs when they need to be checked by multiple people. It helps us to be on track with our deadlines because we can nudge any of the reviewers if they still not yet seen the proofs.

"Game Changer"
What do you like best?
User Friendly. Flexible. Integration with CC (the extension is great). Probably the best customer service of anything company I've ever been a part of. There have been two suggestions I've made that have been incorporated into the product, and one bug I found that was fixed.
What do you dislike?
Non-tech savvy users who only use it once or twice a year tend to be a little confused.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take the time to learn how to use it. It's geared toward an agency environment, but take the time to learn how to make it work for you and your needs. There are a ton of features that you just need to take the time to understand and properly implement.
Also, once you switch to PageProof, don't let others try to sneak back to the old way of emailing stuff back and forth.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I knew the emailing tons of Word/PDFs/images/video/etc back and forth to tons of people was inefficient, but I didn't realize that it was actually utter chaos until after using PageProof for a few weeks (we've had it for a year and a half now). Everything is in one place for the relevant parties to collaborate, comment, and approve.

What do you like best?
I have been using PageProof for over a year and it is incredible. It is easy to use as a designer and to teach other people in and outside my organization on how to use it is so easy. It is intuitive, friendly, and quick.

Great product for those who have designers, videographers, producers, and marketers to share their products/designs/videos/etc. to clients internally or externally.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Before PageProof the team I am a part of had a clunky system that we used for proofing that just didn't cut it. When we switched to PageProof it helped us not only get proofing done quicker and correctly but also easier to use than other software I have experienced. This is a product I would recommend to anyone in the creative field to help with proofing. It is great for creatives and the people we create for.

"PageProof has been a game changer for us!"
What do you like best?
The user interface is extremely intuitive and user friendly. Members of our team, who have a wide-range of technical experience (from very little to very advanced) have been quite successful at navigating the platform and using all of the features.
What do you dislike?
There is nothing I dislike about Pageproof. If something comes up where I feel and improvement can be made, I contact the admins and make suggestions. In several instances they have revised the interface to remedy the situation.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend that, if nothing else, give PageProof a try! It has been a game-changer for us and has been an essential tool during the COVID-19 pandemic as well.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We used to print out our catalog many times during production to be marked up manually with a red pen. It would go rounds and rounds with several different people and take so much time. Now, we upload the catalog to PageProof and everyone comments and discusses in the same space. It's definitely a time saver. And, with the restrictions of COVID-19, it is a must-have solution for us.

"Would highly recommend for reviewing and approving marketing and communications"
What do you like best?
I’m a Brand Manager for one of the UK’s largest charities. All our marketing and communications need to be reviewed and approved by several internal stakeholders to ensure everything we make is accurate and upholds high brand standards. On average, we review and approve 100 pieces of marketing and communications each month. We work with an internal creative team and a roster of agencies across a range of different functions. To find a platform that could meet our needs was a challenge at first until we found Page Proof.
I can’t recommend Page Proof highly enough. Their customer service is amazing, despite the time difference they always reply promptly. They continuously make improvements to the platform which you benefit from. We have yet to launch our new review and sign-off system officially but having completed a few training demos we’re all very excited about using it to make us more effective and efficient in creating, reviewing, and approving marketing and comms.
