What are the best aspects of this product?

This is unbelievably easy to use and efficient considering that it has an affordable price than other options. It also has a support team that we can trust now and then. They constantly keep in touch with us. This is great for easily informing them whenever I need help, if I want to ask something, or if I have some recommendations in mind.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I want a feature that can list items in a quotation template, instead of simply relying on invoices. I’ve been suggesting this to them for quite some time now, but I still haven’t noticed such feature yet.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We use it for our billing and invoicing operations, and we find this platform is super useful. Even our clients rave about its ease of use too.

This is a great tool for some of our office tasks. For example, I can easily make and send receipts to the right email accounts from our list.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I has stumbled on some problems when using the search features. It is quite unstable, and it easily responses on different unintended movements.

Aside from managing important payment processes, it lets me track all payments made as well. So, I can get a good view over all payments from previous months to current time.

It has many features that are useful for specific situations. For example, it handles upfront payments without problem. Also, it is capable of scheduling future time and date for the payments.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Handling payments through checking account method is quite problematic. That is because customers can dispute the payments after it is being authorized, which often results to payments being declined.

Phone and online payments are easier for our company to handle. This makes it unnecessary for customers to come in our office, then hand cash or check payments.

It can do essential payment processes without making any task difficult. It lets me schedule future payments for me and my clients’ convenience. I only need to link their bank accounts or credit cards.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Yes, this platform is very easy to use in most instances, but there are moments when it becomes inconvenient. When that happens, I find it difficult to complete certain process.

This allows me conveniently schedule payments depending on when they’re due. Using this feature lets the platform automatically withdraw the needed amount from a designated monetary account of each client.
