What do you like best?
Easy to accept payments.
1. QR mode of accepting payment is really innovative and easy.
2. Any amount that is paid to the paytm business acc holder, gets transferred to the account within a day.

Nothing in general, the whole app is good for business people as it is easy to use.

Make sure to increase your monthly acceptance limit if the business is doing well.

What do you like best?
I have been using paytm business for quite some time now through which I receive my online payments that are sent over by my clients. It is both an ease for me and my customers because they can use any kind of medium they like to clear my payments like credit cards, websites, QR code and debit cards. For me, all I need is a mobile device and a bar code to receive my payments.
What do you dislike?
Sometimes even the simplest of the transactions takes a lot of time to process due to which my customers get satisfied by payment method in the field that the money is lost. Also, the platform is not capable of making multiple transactions at once this happened to me awhile ago when I try to make multiple transactions and it just crashed.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I find it very useful for cash digitalization. Not only helpful for my business transactions but I am also able to make my personal transactions by paying bills, get mobile credit, shopping, etc. it is a quite secure platform that does not require any kind of additional information and so far it is protected by anti-fraud technologies with a 128-bit encryption.

What do you like best?
Paytm Business is a software were we can use easily and its very quick and friendly to use. its scan works fine and smoothly,
and every were we can use paytm so we dont need to carry cash because of paytm.
What do you dislike?
Dislike is sometimes it lack for scan so we have to wait for that payment method after that it takes time to scan, and also its shows paid some time and come into wallet, and we dont get any message

It is very helpful and we can use easily without any fraud, we can keep moey in wallet with secure.

The problems is we are working on the KYC part we dont get the store for KYC so we have to find some near store for kyc so it might get resolved in coming month.

What do you like best?
Real Time payment tracking enabling me to verify my payment receipts in real time. Easy tracking of past and present payments made by customer and with ability to monitor future payments as well.

At times there were technical difficulties in downloading weekly statements of payment received by my clients.

Also this app enables me to recieve funds from any individual with account in any bank without any commission charges which helps me save the hassle of providing details of my account to each individual
