What are the best aspects of this product?
PCRecruiter features a very attractive user interface and very robust selection of features. I have used a lot of similar applications and none can come near PCRecruiter's superior functionality. I also love the pricing as well as their support.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I wish they would roll out native mobile apps as I really see them as crucial whenever I am on the go. It is also important too for recruiting, reporting, and functionality.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
PCRecruiter helps me source the right applicants for the job orders.

What do you like best?
PCR is a great all around tool that is very well thought through.
What do you dislike?
I think PCR needs more sourcing and AI capabilities.

Quickly able to search, match and afterwards email/ text candidates one to one or in bulk.

What do you like best?
I've used PCR for 16 years and their tech support team is great and very responsive. Webmaster, support, ASP team, all fantastic.
What do you dislike?
Specific to PCR itself, not support. Improvements need to be made with features that matter most to customers...not just appearance. This includes dynamic lists (vs. just static) and voicemail drop. However the biggest shortfall is their Analytics tool. Very hard to synthesize the data you need as a recruiter and manager. There's a lot of room to grow in this area, but the team is very responsive for support.

What do you like best?
I am impressed with the ease of use and over all functionality of the platform. It servers multiple purposes and has a robust menu of options.
What do you dislike?
At times navigating back to the home page can be a bit confusing, especially when you have multiple windows open. I find this to be a minor inconvenience however.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would highly recommend this as an option. I received a great many positive endorsements from other users when I was considering purchasing myself.

I am solving a single source solution for my candidate tracking as well as my client management. Great integration between job orders and linked candidates. I am beginning to learn more about the email marketing and email integration capabilities as well.
The resume parsing feature is fantastic as well.

What do you like best?
Advanced searches are a great way to find what you need, either by zip code, occupation, etc
What do you dislike?
When doing a rollup I can't see the entire screen causing me to toggle back and forth.

Searching our database for candidates reducing the number of ads needed to be placed on other platforms. Great cost savings for me.
