"Excellent solution for managing OKRs"

What do you like best?

Its ease of use and the fact that it was built from the ground up to follow the OKR Methodology. OKRs are not a shoehorned in Perdoo, they are the product. Also, the fact that it includes Initiatives integrated into the product makes it ideal to go from objective to task in a logical way.

What do you dislike?

They need to add an approval workflow for OKR creation. I would like to have the option to approve or reject an OKR if I feel that it needs more polishing.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We needed a product that provided a good foundation to support our adoption of the OKR framework and Perdoo proved to be the most focused solution out there for this end.

"Perdoo is just the best tool to deploy strategy"

What do you like best?

My favorite feature / frame is the Roadmap, because my team and me can see all strategy jut in one place

What do you dislike?

1. Non native integration with Asana, because it'll be so interesting ti run initiatives just in one platform

2. Pay per year is sometimes a problem. Some customers like most pay per month

"Easy to get going and view of goal inter-dependencies excellent"

What do you like best?

Once familiar with the notion of OKRs, getting going with OKRs on the Perdoo platform is pretty intuitive. Particularly with employees increasingly home-based, the roadmap view functionality, and review cycles, are invaluable in helping teams remain aligned by allowing them to see how objectives relate to each other. The system also allows employees to see the alignment of team/company goals with the Company's overriding purpose.

What do you dislike?

Some of the customisation takes a bit of getting used to eg filtering views on the roadmap view and also setting up custom review cycles. Support responses are also usually pretty prompt.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Exacerbated by COVID-19, as our business grows it becomes increasingly difficult to ensure everyone is aligned in their own objectives with the Company's quarterly/annual goals and overall purpose. Prioritisation can also be difficult. The Perdoo platform provides a means of maintaining goal visibility and helping with prioritisation. By ensuring everyone is also involved in setting their team goals it also supports buy-in across the business.

"Nice tool which comes with a great coaching accessory."

What do you like best?

The introduction of Perdoo to the company is guided by a dedicated coach. Also after the first 1 - 2 quarters the coaching sessions are the most powerful meaning to establish the OKR framework successfully. Coaching sessions are easy to schedule and always helpful.

What do you dislike?

The UI of Perdoo is sometimes a bit strange and functions not easy to find right from beginning. Also the bugfixing process takes quite a long time. It would be helpful to get a ticket number for bugs so that a checking of the bug status is possible.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Easy to implement, great Coaching program with a dedicated coach.

To communicate the Company strategy and share it with all employees is the most powerful business case. Also the fact that nothing is hidden in Perdoo but everybody can see everything.

"Nice way to organize your OKRs"

What do you like best?

It's simple enough, and it visualize our OKRs and relationships between them.

What do you dislike?

Permission model (ACLs) is not that intuitive. You have access to somewhere, it even let you start entering key results but after you complete them it shows you an error.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

If you are looking for an intuitive tool for keeping all your goals in one place and have nice control and overview of them, Perdoo is a great tool to use for this.

Now, all departments and our whole company can stick with overall company goals on one place. We can watch our progress and check whether we are all on track or whether we got stuck anywhere.
