What do you like best?

Excellent software, can't explain how lovely it is when it comes to reading my commission reports. It has definitely changed the way I look at payouts & bonuses.

What do you dislike?

Nothing actually. Great to see that Performio has launched the mobile app recently, which is really useful!

One of the best tools in the market to track & manage Sales Compensations.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Initially, it was very hard for our Recon team to track sales deals closed by each rep in the organization & any errors used to take days to get resolved. But thanks to Performio, this now gets resolved with the click of a button.

It would have been great if the data was real-time. Not sure if it's an isolated case with our company. No other complaints.

What do you like best?

My sales tab, lets me track if all my deals have been considered or not.

The interface is a lot better than having to comb through an excel sheet

What do you dislike?

It would have been great if it could update real-time the deals in my current week as well rather than a monthly view.

Though I am not sure if it's our implementation issue or a feature gap. Regardless this is a feature that would be greatly appreciated.

It's easy tracking for all the sales rep and making checking and compensation calculation a breeze.

The calculation as done before was just limited to the numbers on an excel sheet for the whole organisation. With the help of Performio to not show the number but also the exact deals with their salesforce opps attached. This gives greater visibility into the metrics.
