PheedLoop

The automation provided with Pheedloop simplified the organization of our event (i.e. ticket sales, registration management, and event notifications). The abstraction of presentation framework allowed us to swap one of our presenters from the Zoom platform to YouTube the day before the event without impacting our users experience. Regularly scheduled interactive webinars reviewing the platform configuration and best practices for virtual or hybrid event setup.

You can tell that Pheedloop is a newer platform. There were a number of subtle issues that we found during the setup and trial runs of our event. However, during our post-follow-up session with our rep, we found not only most of the issues were resolved (or queued to be resolved), but that some of the ideas that we had that would enhance our experience were also in development.

The in-ability to travel because of COVID-19 allowed us to still hold an important annual event for our members. The ability to go virtual resulted in significant cost savings for our home office, our vendor partners, and allowed more members and their staff to attend than in previous years.

Good product packed with features, it also works well with market leading software brands making integrations easy. You can tell talented software engineers work for them, very responsive to customer feedback

It's a difficult question to answer as we were happy with the service. I think when we used it the first time the networking function needed a bit of work but they've taken our feedback and fixed it.

It's a solid product priced fairly. It seems to be more in tune with how events people work that other virtual event software

If you're looking for an affordable tool to produce a virtual event it's a great platform!

The platform allows for really engaging virtual events, and while it may not mimic an in person event there are a ton of features that you would be able to do in person (chat while a presentation is live, participate in gamification, etc.)

There are so many things I love about PheedLoop. The platform has everything an event professional needs and it makes it so simple to set up a professional-looking virtual event- even if your team is small! I loved how PheedLoop made it easy to update a speaker and session description once- and have it populate everywhere from the event platform to the conference website.

The ability to have "presence detection" and see who was in the room with you at any given time was very useful.

I also loved how PheedLoop has included the option for attendees to track credits and download a certificate of attendance- a plus for if a conference is being used for professional development and education sessions.

And finally, PheedLoop was the only platform on the market that I could find that new about the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) standards- and actually met level AA.

I did find that the Networking components didn't work as seamlessly as other platforms. It was hard to drive traffic there.

I also had a few attendees that had trouble accessing the platform if they weren't using Chrome.

PheedLoop not only made it possible for us to transition from an in-person conference to a virtual one in just 2 months but also allowed us to reach a wider range of attendees than ever before.

It also helped with the planning committe's workflow. We had always struggled to get speaker bios and session descriptions updated, on our website and on the agenda. PheedLoop completely eliminated that challenge with the automated task reminders.

We've had outstanding feedback from attendees and also were able to almost double the number of attendees that joined us at the conference.

One of the best features of Pheedloop is that you can truly customize your platform! PheedLoop has so many great options to allow you to create a platform that fits your needs, your brand and supports your sponsors.

I would like to see accessibility features to support my clients that are blind or having hearing loss. I do understand that this is being considered by the Pheedloop engineers

Your greatest success with Pheedloop starts by watching the training videos. Invest some time to learn the platform as it will be your greatest asset to ensure your event is highly successful!

My biggest challenge was trying to figure out how to build my business community of trade professionals using a platform that would not only be engaging but easy to navigate. By using PheedLoop it was easy to immediately realize the benefits they offered to achieve this. There are so many more benefits that I plan to use for our next event such as event registration and ticketing.
