Custom Deal For Your Business PhoneWagon
Sorry if you just missed their app sumo deal but their monthly plans are still awesome. I had a recent request from support and they went over the top to connect me with their sales team to create a custom deal for my business. The platform allows you route phone numbers is different ways as an example you can create a sales number that will ask the caller questions based on the responses we can tag the lead either hot or cold. That system works really well it took a few clicks to set up. For a phone based marketing system there is no better platform for the money. Phone numbers cost cents per month to use and you can record video calls for quality purposes say for example your running a volunteer hotline. So I'm giving 3 stars for having an easy to use platform and 2 stars for their custom deal for my business.

What do you like best?
The best part about using PhoneWagon for us is the ease of use. Compared to other Call Tracking Services we've tried this is hands down the most intuitive, the quickest setup, and the prettiest to look at.
Support is also thorough and timely.
What do you dislike?
Not really a dislike but right now outbound calls are through the browser only. I talked to the support team and they've said they will be able to route outbound calls through my cellphone quite soon. They are also releasing a mobile app soon (maybe by the time you're reading this).
Given the feature updates and improvements they've made over the past year I tend to believe them.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Obviously we use Phonewagon for Call Tracking but we have found other ways to use it as well. It's the perfect IVR for simple setups and we use it for another part of our business that I don't want to broadcast to the world right now. Let's just say if you spend a little time in the system you'll likely think "Hey...I could use this for...". The system is flexible.

Honestly I'm not sure what I dislike about them. I mean, it'd be cool if they were a little cheaper, but I am pretty sure they are the best priced software out there for this stuff (haven't checked lately but they were when I signed up).

What do you like best?
Fantastic service and easy to create a new tracking number and report. The call tracking, voicemails, recording and whisper message make this system a fantastic addition to any marketing campaign.
Of note, the onboarding process was absolutely great. James listened to my use case and told me how to set up the solution we needed. From there, support was able to answer any questions I had and walk me through resolution. I have nothing but good things to say about the entire PhoneWagon system.
What do you dislike?
The only thing I can think of is the IP numbers are more susceptible to spam calls. But the number blocking makes short work of that.
