Phrase works smoothly—easy to configure and runs without any trouble. Besides a competitive pricing plan, its customer support is also amazing in bringing help whenever we encounter problems.

We’ve been using Phrase for several years, and the fact that we stick to this solution means we have a good experience using it. No issue at all!

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Phrase helped us maintain our applications’ contents to make them understandable to multiple users. Automated translation is amazing, and its user interface is intuitive and responsive. It also provides history of changes, so we’ll know what’s been applied. And even the non-dev member of our team can easily update translations as it comes with visual editor.

PhraseApp is perfect for beginners. Its simplicity and intuitiveness are the things I like the most. I used the app without any trouble until now. It even makes collaboration with the team faster and working with the project easier with its helpful features.

I have a good experience using PhraseApp. I can’t tell any problem, but instead, I recommend it to someone who’s looking for a translation solution for his/her project.

With PhraseApp, everything in my work is in place. All translation jobs become so fast and easy this time. I love that I can track changes, tag my teammate, leave feedback, and view the translation memory for faster and easier translation process.

What are the best aspects of this product?

PhraseApp allows seamless integration, and this capability lets everyone in the team view the advancement of their peer’s work. Its user interface is intuitive—and this means that it is easy to use and you can save an ample of time learning it. Automated translation is also amazing.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I can’t say that I don’t like it, but there its context menu is the one I don’t use too often. This is the reason why I haven’t appreciated its functions much, but I am hoping to make it useful in the future.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

With this solution, I have solved problems that relate to multiple task coordination with different individuals in the world. It helped us a lot in coordinating translations of sites in more than ten languages with different time zones and adapting them to each market.

What are the best aspects of this product?

I like that PhraseApp allows multiple members of the team to work on translations at the same time. This makes the process makes easier for us. Also, we get constant updates when new feature release is on. Even better, users can find all words and translate them in a context.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I have a little complaint about the search function of the app in all locales. I think it would be better if they included an advanced function for word searching purposes.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Before, we use to send translation in analog documents, and this becomes impossible for multiple translators to work together. But with PhraseApp, everyone can work on the same page, and our document is constantly updated.

What are the best aspects of this product?

We have used other translation tool before, and we’re not satisfied with the way it works. Good thing, PhraseApp comes! It works perfectly when I need to collaborate it with product translation. This is by far the most reliable tool when it comes to translation jobs.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It could have been better if the highlighting of the edited locale, the key, and the source locale is enhanced during the translation. This is essential because sometimes it’s possible to translate into bad locale or even mix the key with source translation.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Our company outsources translation service, and PhraseApp enables us to connect with translation provider. Our business creates jobs by locale, and we assign them to specific translators. The job keeps us on track of the translation process and progress and even allows us to offer contexts for any translation requirements. The benefits we get with it is industrialization and automation of our translation.
