Neat interface without cluttering features

What are the best aspects of this product?
Pike13 has a super smooth and neat UI without too much unnecessary stuff. This makes the tool simple and easy to browse and use.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Checking clients out for some things is quite a hassle because I need to manually add them to the platform. I hope there’s a way to do this for one-time or walk-in customers, without forcing me to put them in the system.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Great leverage for easily listing up and monitoring new members. It also lets me determine members who are gone for quite a while, then connects with them when needed.

Pike13 offers ease of use, simple aesthetics on the client and back end.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Website integration is poor, functions are very limited for the price. As a business owner, I had to find several work arounds to do simple things like offer a coupon. The ability to sell merchandise is also somewhat limited and does not allow for website integration. The app constantly glitches or freezes and despite attempts to resolve with customer service, it does not improve. In addition, reporting is limited.

I needed the ability to book clients, manage staff schedules and offer services and this allowed me to do so.

What are the best aspects of this product?
Pike13 UI is very neat and smooth to navigate, thus I don’t experience any difficulties when using it. And it loads a similar web platform that opened through PC or smartphones too. Such a platform works super-efficient on mobile, which makes an installable app completely unnecessary.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Pike13 is not great for handling reports, especially when a report involves a lot of filters and details. We need to access information from dozens of reports that we can put into one. I often have big difficulties when searching specific reports, and many such outputs are deemed irretrievable. Yes, the user support staff are great, and they do their best to find a solution to such a problem. But still, this is a big issue that gives us a hard time.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
It is wonderful to use for an administration management job. It works well for managing membership details too.

What are the best aspects of this product?
Pike13 is a helpful platform for busy small company owners like me. It efficiently handles payroll of employees, regular payments as well as billing among other essential stuff. And it conveniently runs on smartphones, which is useful for me to manage the business through phone or desktop. I can easily do it even while at home.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It is a noticeably sluggish tool. It loads slowly, and it consumes a lot of time when processing data.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
This is a tremendous help for my small enterprise because it allows me to manage different information and details easily. And I can do that even when I’m away from the office, or while spending some time at home.
