My husband and I went to a pilot store number 312 and a sweet girl her name is Anna Carroll helped us and it wasn't our first time there the girl is always polite with a smile I hope she will be manager one day she will make a good one

Describe the project or task the provider helped with:
Bookkeeping — I used to do it myself (kind of) but it felt like such a time sink to do something so repetitive when I have so many other things on my mind. We are also currently onboarding them for tax.
What do you like best?
Customer service. I used to have an accountant who made me feel like I was wasting his time. From Ryan who explained and sold the services to us to Cerisse who is a gem — she is incredibly patient both when I ask many questions or ask for many changes, and when I disappear for a little while. She’s incredibly professional and has made very useful recommendations. Plus she is willing to quickly get on the phone so things are more clear and faster. And of course they deliver their services very well too.
What do you dislike?
I wish they also did projections / budget so that we could compare them. The way we track budget is very different than their chartered accounts and difficult to bump the two against one another one for one.
What problems are you solving with the provider? What benefits have you realized?
My books are actually clean and I have saved tremendous time and stress
