What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It would be great to have a mobile version of the app that is also possible to use even when the internet is slow.

I like this platform What I like the most about Primaseller is:

-Excellent customer service (I think this is the best of all.

-Easy to use and very efficient

-It's is a very well designed cloud based system with excellent user interface.

-Easy to understand and intuitive

-The team is always open to receive new suggestions.

-Is the best in comparison to LightSpeed, for example.

-Easy to implement.

What do you dislike?

Does not integrate with Snapdeal. But no problem, because I'm very happy and satisfied to use this tool. It is quite complete and meets all minimum requirements. For me, good customer service is very important and they offer it.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Primaseller it has helped me in managing the inventory smoothly. Its really great to manage your Online orders. If you want to manage your own store this is indicated tool. If you are looking for software with a good price, do not think about it anymore. They have a great team that is always willing and able to help all users. They solve problems, offer help. So, they are very complete.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I use Primaseller for managing orders and inventory for my Amazon store, as well as my own online store. It's very easy for me to manager my own channel of sale. I save lot of time. I recommend it to anyone with a store that makes sales online and also has a physical store.
