Prokey is an excellent hardware wallet for anyone who needs to secure his crypto, I have been using Prokey Optimum since 4 months ago and never had a problem with that. customer support is friendly and responsive and even reached my voice to developers to add a feature.

BE CAREFUL WITH YOUR DATA AND YOUR MONEY. BAD MATERIALS
UPDATED:Just imagine what type of company this is, that they answer to a bad review in this way,blatantly skewing the truth and violating a customer's privacy, posting screenshots of private conversations featuring a photo of my face, without my consent. Would you really trust this company with your money and your data?On the other hand, I cannot publish links, but I would like to show you another part of the conversations so that you can see the rudeness of their Customer service, telling me that they are sorry for me because I must be going through a very bad personal moment for being like I am. I didnt return the item because they were expecting me to pay 30 pounds shipping costs! For a faulty item! Then, I posted this review and they refunded a different amount. They also posted this answer to my review with screenshots and photos of my face, and they are telling me by mail, If I want the screenshots to be deleted, I need to delete my review!!! By the way, they say I dont followed their instructions. I wish I can upload links so you will proof they dont read emails, as I followed their instructions for several times until I realised this product was broken! They just repeat the same questions as if you never answered them. Ignoring you.Do you really want to be treated like this? buy Prokey in that case! Without a doubt a bad decision to buy from them. They are not professionals and they do not understand how a customer-centric company works. They will disappear soon.MY REVIEWI'd suggest everyone around here not to trust this new brand. Despite they claim to take care of privacy and security, the fact is that they do not even provide a proper customer service in order to do troubleshooting. You'll spend ages waiting for an answer and their acknowledgement level is 0. Do not even try to report a fault since they are going to refuse your opinion. They do not even have a telephone line in order to provide technical support. You'll have to use chrome in order to store and track your assets, which is kins of dissapointing, since Chrome is easily an easily corrupted browser. I would recommend you to do go for some other serius-stablished brands as Trezor or Ledge. You now can storage a wide range of assets which is the only reason why I decided to trust in prokey. What a horrible desition from myself. I would not trust a brand that is not customer-centre when it comes to money and investments.
