"Terrible Customer Service"
What do you like best?
It can be a great resource for companies when properly implemented.
What do you dislike?
We were truly excited to incorporate Promoter into our business, but unfortunately it did not work out for us.
Our negative experience was rooted from what could have easily been prevented from the beginning. We were not warned of situations that may happen when launching the survey. Within a few minutes of our launch, we received a number of detracting scores from some of our top members who we have personal relations with. Quite surprised, we made sure to reach out to them. All of them emailed, texted or called us saying that they had no idea of what we were talking about, that they never filled out a survey and only had positive experiences with us. Long story short, we were ridiculed and looked unorganized.
We reached out to the Promoter.io team to figure out the situation and was told then that this may occur with strict software implemented in many business emails. To understand much better, we scheduled a call (which took multiple requests).
The call started off with a discussion to better understand the situation, however it came to the solution that we did not gain much positives from this experience. The qualitative data we gathered did not represent any new subjects, and the fact that our reputation was manipulated because of something so preventable from the beginning was extremely frustrating.
We requested just a 1 month refund, as we were very unsatisfied with the experience but did partially understand the situation. However, the individual we spoke with simply repeated that this was not possible, only offering us 1 month in credit that we weren't going to use. We were told that they are the person to speak to about refunds but could not authorize one. Our requests were ultimately left unsolved.
Coming from a company that is based on fully devoting our attention to customer experience, this was an appalling encounter that we do not expect from other successful businesses.

I love that through this platform I can get to know my clients a lot better, because through the surveys I can distinguish their needs, concerns, even their discomforts towards our services and products, which we seek the way to compensate and help us to do top.
Promoter is a very versatile and fast-use program, I like its excellent updates, because every time they integrate improvements that improve our performance as a company, we also like their customer service team, because they always provide an excellent service.
What do you dislike?
There really is nothing that I do not like about this program, we are very happy with its performance, functions and content, which has a continuous updating system that manages to cover our expectations.

Undoubtedly I recommend this platform for its efficiency, through it we achieve higher sales continuously, it is a very flexible tool and also has a good technical support team, for this and more I recommend Promoter.io.

Thanks to this system we have changed our relationship with customers and users in a great way because we are now aware of their concerns and we are able to provide an excellent service, we have received very receptive comments and are happy with our work and that thanks to this platform, which has also saved us time and has had a positive influence on our sales, since due to the survey responses, it has helped us to observe more broadly the movement of the products and services we offer and through from them we generate reports, which allow us to improve as a company and to maintain our growth over time, positioning ourselves as a stable, safe and effective company, which has generated a greater number of clients.

"Process automation for your business"
What do you like best?
This system allows me to be able to automate a number of processes in order to simplify the execution time of each task, thanks to this, together with my work team we have been able to see the opportunities and threats of the market in order to be efficient to the time to place my services and products in sales and in this way to be able to improve the processes that have weaknesses.
I like that this system is simple to manage, since it has a very friendly interface and allows us to understand each one of its analytical reports. I also find this system ideal because it allows me the possibility of integrating it with other sales programs in order to have everything at hand and in one place. These little details really help a lot.
What do you dislike?
It is not common, but sometimes there are problems with the system, which make us contact the technical assistance team, so that they can correct these errors. Of course it is annoying but it is not something that influences my decision to look for another system.

"The best tool to get to know your customers"
What do you like best?
With promoter I can make easy surveys to clients. This system has a clean interface in order to give the surveyed client peace of mind and confidence that a serious survey is carried out. It allows you to categorize the needs in the surveys in order to respond quickly to each question in the survey.
I love how intuitive this platform is, allowing your staff to measure and perform the study of the samples with precision. It is amazing how this system keeps updated continuously, placing new useful functions. The treatment provided by the support team is very professional and quick when it comes to solving a problem.
What do you dislike?
At the moment I have no complaints with this tool. But the times I've contacted technical support have been fast and reliable.
