What are the best aspects of this product?

I can add a variety of questions- Likert-scale, Rating-scale, Textbox, multiple-choice, Yes/No questions in my survey using this tool, which makes it more attractive and fun to answer.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There could be more integrations with third-party tools.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

I would like to see more options in their library of inbuilt-survey questions.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I used to add only close-ended questions in my surveys before, as these types of questions are easy to design and analyze. But close-ended questions didn't provide a complete picture of the scenario. So, I was looking for a tool using which I can create a mix of open-ended and close-ended questions. Thanks, ProProfs Team!

What are the best aspects of this product?

We started using ProProfs Survey Maker because we wanted to capture our employee feedback instantly after any event or session took place. We get to keep the identity anonymous that helps our employees speak openly about their views easily. This way we get to improve our upcoming sessions and build a healthy work culture.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

So far not sure if we have any problems with the use of the survey maker tool. Also because our use is limited to a certain limit. So, I’d say nothing in particular in our use of a year. We haven’t found issues with the product.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Taking surveys was really essential for us to understand the employee mindset better. And doing it anonymously was really necessary for us. So that’s one of the major things that ProProfs Survey Maker helped us with.

ProProfs enables us to create survey forms that match our data collection needs. It helps us find the right words for our questionnaires.

I am extremely satisfied with and have found nothing to dislike about ProProfs so far.

What are the best aspects of this product?

ProProfs allows us to create mobile-friendly forms and share our surveys on our website or through email. It lets us understand our market better and get business ideas from the responses of our clients.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We would have a better experience with ProProfs if they would provide a sample survey that would facilitate a better understanding of product use. The software’s UI design would also benefit from some enhancements.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We use this to gather feedback from our clients and stakeholders. This has helped us in providing better service and collecting data for developing new products.

What are the best aspects of this product?

Easy to use engaging and readymade templates for collecting consumer data. It gives a personalized touch, and one could even add their brand logo and themes. We create polls and scored surveys on different topics, and this tool offers real-time survey responses.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We haven’t had any issues with this fantastic tool so far.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

We can integrate surveys with third-party apps, yet more integration options would be an add-on for enhanced usability.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Before the inception of our design agency, we have utilized the ProProfs survey maker to send out polls and questionnaires to our subscribers in order to have a fair market idea for starting up our new business. Now we leverage that data to continuously deliver services following customer preferences and feedback.
