An awesome tool for employee training
PROS & CONS
What are the best aspects of this product?
ProProfs has a lot of great features that make it an awesome platform for providing online training to employees. This platform provides us with a real-time progress and performance track record of the training participants.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The trial period should be made longer for the customers to be able to fully access if the platform fits their needs. I think at least one month of the trial period is necessary.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
With ProProfs, it is easier to convey business objectives and the concepts necessary to achieve them to employees.

ProProfs is a great platform for educators

What are the best aspects of this product?
ProProfs is the best platform for educators. It has given me a trouble-free experience while teaching. With it, I can give quizzes, create flashcards, see my students’ works and progress, and grade accordingly.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I very seldom encounter technical problems while using Proprofs and when I do they are often minor ones that are also easily solved.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
This platform gives me a clearer view of my students’ progress. I no longer have to do a manual tracking of their performance.

What are the best aspects of this product?
ProProfs is advantageous both for the students and their teachers. Students will be more engaged with their lessons as they are presented here in audio and video forms. Teachers, on the other hand, will be able to track the learning progress of their students, assess their performance better, and plan the next course of action with the readily-available data from this learning management solution.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
ProProfs’ UI design could be improved to become more compelling and interactive.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
In my experience, my employees are more engaged when attending training courses through ProProfs than in-person. With this platform, they can learn at their most convenient times and places.

I would like ProProfs better if the trial period was longer.

We are very satisfied with our experience with this platform. It has been a reliable solution for conducting mass training. We have been provided all the necessary support from the onset.

"A complete online training solution"
What do you like best?
The tool is just what I need to improve employee training and get faster and better results. It offers all the functionalities and that too in an uncluttered way.
What do you dislike?
When we integrate a couple of other tools, we need a bit more time, which the current trial period doesn’t suffice. That’s the only constraint we face at the time of onboarding the software.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We use the software for external training. Our customers now find it easier to understand our products and make the most of them. This reduces the number of calls and mails to our customer care agents.
