What do you like best?

What I like the most about proving is the fact that I don't need to have a high level of knowledge in programming or coding to be able to use this tool, and added to its ease of use makes it the ideal tool for any type Of person who wants to test or verify the optimal functioning of the programs made, the customer service team is quite quick when responding to any type of request that is sent to them, not to mention that they always have the solution for everything, they have not there was the first email you receive without a response with the solution to the problem you see at the beginning.

What do you dislike?

It consumes a lot of computer resources, so it is practically impossible to use Provar and another application at the same time, we decided to leave an exclusive computer to use Provar without any problem.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

It has been helping us to verify the proper functioning of the modules developed by our work team in a simple, easy and fast way, in such a way that we can ensure that everything is 100% operational and without any inconvenience or problem. that could affect the future operation and performance of the applications created.

"Best Automation tool for Salesforce to set up a fast, reliable automation test suite"

What do you like best?

• Provar tool is codeless testing tool for salesforce applications. Its very easy to use for functional testers or business stakeholders or anyone who knows how to build logic/test case

• The tool support Excel sheets to pass the data which provides user a flexibility to use Excel related formulas

• Tool supports reusable method feature where the same reusable method can be used to test with various other users and profiles very easily.

• The most interesting feature about this tool is, as it recognizes backend layouts change and maps fields in the test case, without running the test, you will be able to capture the defect by looking at the errors in your test case.

• All other non salesforce pages, can be easily automated using tools PageObject Selenium concept. The tool has strong mechanism to build unique xpaths.

• In our project, we have used Docker, Bamboo etc to configure CICD and Provar team helped in configuring most of the things.

• The support team is very supportive and expert in handling all kinds of issues

What do you dislike?

Nothing specific to dislike about the tool. The best Salesforce automation tool i have ever used.

What do you like best?

The click to add to testcase feature is useful for building out UI based testing. Additionally converting from UI Testing to API is a clean way to reduce testing times.

What do you dislike?

Keeping track of variables between cases can get messy. In a traditional automation code setup, autocomplete/tracking allows you to keep track of used variables easier.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

It is easy to get started and the staff is friendly and helpful.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We are trying to create an automated regression suite to offload repetitive manual processes. The use of callable template test cases has been very useful in this situation.
