"Better than e-mail!"
What do you like best?
Pyrus is well-designed and is easy to use (it took me 5 mins to teach my team how to use it). It has a very user-friendly interface and a nice iPhone application. My team does not lose track of the tasks anymore. The e-mail and messenger nightmares are over.
What do you dislike?
So far I've noticed only one tiny bug in Pyrus but it does not affect the work of my team at all.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Spend 5 mins to show your teammates how to get the most out of Pyrus.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
My team does a mass medium and we keep track of our tasks using Pyrus. Each publication requires multiple steps: we reach out to the experts, we develop the questions for the experts, we edit their interviews and op-eds, we do proofreading, we publish an article on our website, we translate an article from English to Russian or vice versa, we promote an article on social media, etc. At least four people need to be involved to release one article. It's nice to be able to see the whole cycle of work on an article in one thread and it's nice to be able to set the deadlines. Pyrus keeps everybody accountable and on track.

"Easy efficient Team Collaboration and Communication Manager."
What do you like best?
Pyrus has been a system of collaboration and communication that has made our work much easier, thanks to the nature of our consulting organization, each member works independently and mostly remotely. Pyrus allows us to do this while maintaining consistency in the business. We can carry out projects, see progress, generate collaborative tasks and see their achievements. Get the information we are looking for regarding our common points.
It certainly fulfills its purpose of keeping the team connected, with an observable and measurable work flow from any place or device with Internet access.
What do you dislike?
It is a software focused on collaboration, its communication elements are functional within the process of managing projects and tasks, but must resort to other more powerful software to perform for example conferences, webinars before medium or large audiences, in that sense I think that lacks development.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Pyrus is one of the best solutions that exist in the market for collaboration and one of the few that allows a prior evaluation of the entire application. Its market value is highly competitive. It is a proven and efficient application. These elements in my opinion are enough to take it into consideration when requesting software of this type.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
My consulting business is small, but highly flexible and made up of professionals who do their work practically independently.
Pyrus solves the problems of maintaining order, internal communication, control of projects and tasks in harmony and with real effect on the work.
Avoid the investment of time in face-to-face meetings and operations, managing to channel the work flow towards the important and naturally towards our clients.
I can summarize that facilitates and promotes collaboration in the organization, reduces meeting costs and mobilization time.

"Collaboration, work and communication in one point."
What do you like best?
454/5000
We have had the opportunity to experience different collaboration software. This experience allows me to say that Pyrus loves me. It is simple in its management and highly efficient in result. It allows managing from the same software elements of deep communication, elements of collaboration and integration of information and a follow-up of tasks and actions that undoubtedly allows to observe results that translate into saving time and money.
What do you dislike?
In general lines its operation is excellent, technically speaking I think they are on the right track, if they can finish expanding the training area and improve the access from mobile devices that are sometimes slow. But they are small things. Nothing transcendent or significant.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Pyrus is the best, but beyond the perception that I have of it, allows free access and really observe the alcences that can be obtained, so the first thing would be to invite them to try it so that they value and have their real reading what it is and if it solves the situation for what they need.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
There are different aspects, problems or situations that Pyrus contributes or is the solution, I can highlight:
The orderly construction of tasks, their assignment, monitoring and observation of deadlines for the achievement of a specific goal or project in a simple, measurable and shared by all involved.
It allows to share the different advances and products of individual and collaborative work, without complications since it is properly integrated with the standard office applications and data management.
Its remote access or from mobile devices facilitates that we all have the opportunity to be connected and informed.
Finally, the collaboration resolves and contributes.
