What are the best aspects of this product?
Qobrix software has benefited our business in several ways in terms of improving efficiencies and pipeline management. Some of the best aspects of the product are its Projects module which enables us to group properties into projects, for e.g., investment opportunities, e-auction properties, etc.; and the Portal integration with Spitogatos and XE allowing us to publish and unpublish properties quickly and easily. We also use Qobrix as a very intuitive CMS to keep our website, which they designed updated.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The integration with our existing business processes took a little longer than the initial prediction, due to our extensive property portfolio.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
An updated version with more add-ons like reporting tools, map integrations etc.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Qobrix made managing our extensive property portfolio incredibly simple. It’s definitely been designed to accommodate the needs of our industry, and is customizable to the particular needs of our business.

The CRM provides complete property management. It handles images, specifications, distances, maps, and amenities effortlessly. It also integrates directly with our website to display our properties thus reducing our administration.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
We would like to see if it can provide for ticketing as well. We understand this is a roadmap item.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
Ticketing system
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
It reduced our administration significantly as well as number of errors committed. The activities modules also helped us have a great understanding of what was happening with each client.

On line trading and being in an industry which is closely monitored and regulated means that you have strict rules, policies and procedures to follow as far as customers and funds received. Having a customizable CRM means that you can adopt all new regulatory directives adopted
