Its a next GEN CCM tool, whic had lot of options for customization.
What do you dislike?
Too much coding involved, in those case it turns out be a place where people start coding. That's not how CCM works.

This is a CCM platform that helps companies to obtain a personalized administration and management of communications. You can make a multiple registration, print and generate PDF at the same time. In addition, many types of output files can be created through it, PDF, PS, XML, HTML text, Image, JIF among others. It is easy to use compared to other printing software. It also has tools for automation, which you can configure in a simpler way. You maintain work fluency and save time that you can channel into other area.
What do you dislike?
Our results have been good and satisfactory, but for some members of the work team it has presented a very steep learning curve, however it is not a problem since our objectives have been fulfilled and compared to other software it is a bit high the cost but for us it is worth every penny.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is ideal for any large-scale variable document composition, plus workflows and templates for invoices, reminders, contracts and much more can be created in a matter of hours. It has tools and functions that are easy to use but at the same time you will also learn every day from each one of them, you can channel the time saved in other areas if you wish, in general it is very complete and when compared with other software it is better, it is worth what cost. Totally recommended.

We use this software as the engine that drives the production of documents for our company, where we are the providers of services, printing and mail for credit cooperatives and local companies, we also create workflows for the entire team in a short time period of time and we can focus on other areas to improve the performance and productivity of our company. We have the ability to configure complex universal templates for frequently repeated tasks. We are happy with the results and now we have the ability to provide higher quality work.

Great integration between Inspire modules to create a truly powerful view of the customer journeys and communications required and when. This helps deliver a truly omni-channel customer experience and increased NPS.

Although it does integrate with a set number of other tools, full integration with different tools isn't so easy, but possible.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use CJM to map communication flow before building attributes/templates in Designer and Interactive. This will give direction and prioritisation for delivering omni-channel personalised customer experiences.
