About Company

Rackspace CDN uses the Akamai network to provide intensive support and services for speeding up website loading time and content delivery. It resells a custom map with around 200 PoPs. Users can add a maximum of 10 domains or resources per service. Rackspace lacks features like origin shield, HTTP/2 protocol, VoD, RTMP streaming, etc. Instant provisioning is possible with this software. It enjoys multi-interface options. Origin-pull feature and DNS will facilitate accurate identification of your website & content origin. DDoS protection is available so traffic flow will stay undisturbed even under malicious cyber attack. It has an access control feature and custom SSL.

Long-standing customer... for a reason!

We have been with Rackspace for a number of years, and have always found their service first class. The main thing for us is the technical backup from their brilliant team. Yes, Rackspace is more expensive than many other providers, but for organisations like ours where the website is 'mission critical' it is worth it. The 24/7/365 support of their highly knowledgeable technical team is invaluable.

Poor migration support

We are migrating from Rackspace to MS Office and we have asked for Support and there has been no service for 72 hours. They escalated it to the Migration team but to no avail.

So Good to So bad..

Started using Rackspace in the early years. Amazing company. Support 24x7 and speak to an engineer. Slowly over the years, prices go up, but service gone down to the point that it is terrible. Some tickets take months to get a correct answer. Some support makes problem worse. Moving away but even that is hard as tickets not answered.
