What do you like best?
What I like the best about Razorpay is the the Payment Method that it provides, along with security, & not only that, you can pay using any method that you want, whether it be Credit Card, Debit Card, or UPI.
Along with this Razorpay gives it's merchants a Dashboard, via which we can track any number of Transactions that occurred using our app on it, & we can also use it's Developer API, to capture payment at a later instance, when certain conditions are fulfilled, otherwise the payment gets returned to the Customer, maintaining complete transparency, & trust between us & our Customers.
Apart from all this, Razorpay also has other Developer API's, & a responsive Gateway, which makes our lives a lot easier.
What do you dislike?
What I dislike about Razorpay, is that even thought it comes with a whole lot of features, that are really amazing, in it's field, but sometimes, the Payment gets duped for no reason at all, which causes a heck lot of trouble.
Also, the Live Tracking of the Dashboard, is another feature, but it takes time to load the live transaction that was made just about now.
& the next part is the settlement part, Razorpay takes T+3 Business Days to settle amount transactions, which I guess if reduced would help a lot in many ways.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would advice others to yes, please use Razorpay, as it is a great Software.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Me & my firm are having a Kiosk Product for restaurants, where the Customer swipes on the Restaurant's Device & can get the menu on their phones, & order from it as well.
What we realise as the benefits of Razorpay is that with a responsive Gateway, it provides a numerous number of methods for the Payment to be made, & along with that, it's developer api also provides us with the response of the method of how Payment was made, that we can save in our databse & share with the restaurant as well.

Razorpay has one of the best payment gateway available in market with a lot of banks and wallets available
What do you dislike?
I disliked the customer support and their user policy. Poor support they dont answer calls or emails
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend to not to use razorpay as ecommerce gateway solution. They have poor support.

No benifits they didnt approve gateways for websites easily.

It has some very unique products also like,

4) Subscription payment for recurring money

As far as my use, i didn't find any drawbacks in Razor pay.
