About Company

ReadyRatios is a SaaS solution that analyzes an organization's financial position, based on relevant account statements. Enterprises just have to feed the system with financial reports, prepared in adherence to UG GAAP or IFRS, and get access to accurate analysis in real-time. The software is capable of calculating more than 40 rates and coefficients, besides describing the calculated results, enabling organizations to know their exact financial condition. ReadyRatios maintains the uniqueness of an individual report with its multiple-choice conditional text module, even when the statements are based on the same data. With the program, enterprises can reduce wide tables into comprehensive charts without any significant tampering of informational values. The software uses colors to highlight positive and negative rate values and signify their qualitative assessment. Enterprises can change, remove or add any formula, modify the qualitative properties of rates, and keep the analysis autonomous. What do you like best?

We can use this financial analysis software as a basis for our professionals to do their job of verifying the data, since the human factor is always very important when it comes to figures and data. The fact that it is managed from the web with our traditional search engines makes it a unique tool since we do not have to download, we can also manage it according to the criteria and processes required by the accounting team of the company, making customizations, which It becomes very complete.

What do you dislike?

the subscriptions are naturally monthly which makes it a bit more expensive than the traditional software that can be bought in the market and downloaded in the computers, the fact that it is designed for ease of use makes it a bit simple and complicated to the once since it does not contemplate a process of adaptation or teaching ...

Recommendations to others considering the product:

ReadyRatios as all automated financial consulting software, it is better to use them to compare the results optenidos with our traditional applications or optenidos manually because if we leave the automation without the review and subsequent verification of human professionals we can carry errors that then become very difficult to get the starting point

our financial analysts can do their calculations and then compare them with the ones that the program shows in order to opt for the most accurate results. we do not use it as a perfect program since that would leave many critical points without reviewing
