The software is easy to customize. Its design helps you to customize the app to get what you need from the system.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The only drawback is you cannot date and track notes. The notes field is offers simply as a large text box. This is not sufficient if you want to store the contextual history of notes.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We use the software to track our company’s sales process. RSS helps us to maintain the system and manage our sales process and admin work. The software’s simple yet robust reporting feature is a big help as it helps get what we need without trouble.

What are the best aspects of this product?
I have just started my business and was looking for a suitable entry level CRM system with robust features. I checked out all the popular CRM apps but they did not seem suitable for my needs. Then I came across Really Simple Systems and the free version impressed me. The paid features are robust which makes the app scalable and the pricing too is reasonable.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
There are no visible minus points. I had a little trouble learning to customize fields, but on the whole the system is pretty intuitive.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
RSS offers a single place where I can the track the progress of the sales process as well as contacts, clients, and prospects. The app helps me to keep things organized and centralize all my client management work in a single hub that I can access from anywhere as it is a SaaS product.

What are the best aspects of this product?
RSS fits my needs perfectly. You can customize it to your requirements and it saves the cost of investing in an expensive big system. The pricing structure ensures you buy only what you need and the free trial gives you the chance to check beforehand if the app has the features you need.

I have no complaints at all as the software meets my expectations. The customer support and the pricing model are excellent. I have no issues with RSS.

RSS is an easy to use and centralized software program that helps me control my business easily. It provides me all the essential information and all my tasks are dated to remind what to do when. I used to use multiple software systems to maintain customer contact information and documents. But RSS offers a single solution to maintain and manage all that I need.

It's very simple to use and would be easy for people of all ages to get to grips with quickly. People who've joined my company pick it up very fast.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The Marketing module could work a little better but I'm aware that they're improving that and are very responsive and receptive of any feedback I've provided.

Automation for emails so that we can do nurture campaigns.

It unified sales, marketing and technical support so we all work off the same system for tasks and tickets etc.
