What do you like best?

Easy setup for the referral program and rewards payout. Accurate tracking for members and referrals. Great dashboard.

What do you dislike?

It requires a new account if you want to add an additional brand (when the domain is different).

Great support: If you have a question, just ask - they are very responsive

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Tracking both, the referrer and the friend, so we can send the reward when they complete the sale. The option to manually qualify and approve the referral for our type of sale.

What do you like best?

I like that we can easily get information for the referrals that our members submit.

What do you dislike?

If a member sends their friend the link, we have no way of getting in contact with that potential referral unless they fill out our online form.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We are able to track our referrals more easily to that our members can get their referral discounts.
