RemotePC (owned by iDrive) support is non existstent. No matter you are a paid customer. Chat function support can’t solve anything. And emails are not answered. Seems like HQ is based in a country like India and don’t hire support employees.

Poor. CPU usage kept randomly going up to 100% for no reason - discovered it was Remote PC.Uninstalled and killed my account - only to find that it still has some parts installed that are causing my machine to have a kernel panic. Useless.

Refund request ignored
After installing the software, it quickly became apparent that it would not work for my needs (you need to install the software on the PC you will be remoting to; knowing the IP info of the PC is not enough).I made a refund request a week ago which has been ignored.

In spite of the simple access to the machines it is necessary to close the duplicates the software comes with the option to provide to the companies a free version in its different mobile applications leaving its profitability in the supply and demand of the financial and economic markets of the organization delaying its projects in labor managements being left without strength in working time in the company of employees their recording of the chat start session from pc in their different web cloud is very little and slow and therefore they have no way to pay this product in the quality - price ratio for fast support was a total loss of money being left without working when the computer at home is sleeping.
