Has this company gone bust?
I put through a monthly subscription for work, didn't think it had worked so put through another payment. At that point, I realised that it had gone through as an annual subscription. The contact us service on their website is not working (there is a note saying "website invalid") and I have had no response via email or Facebook. They took two payments - one for a monthly and one for an annual and are now completely AWOL. I would like a refund please.

Horrible customer service -- stay away!!!!
Great, free service; but the password-restore option is a nightmare -- it does not send you any email messages with which to restore your password. Getting in touch with the company is not an easy feat -- even after sending them several messages. I am very surprised that Responster is undermining such an important feature.

One man show
The site looks pretty enough, they focus on style a little over substance, but the main issue is the total unresponsiveness to customers. If the features work for you and you have little need to interact with the organisation, it'll probably be fine. Have a question not covered in the limited information sourceable online and you'll never receive a reply.The assumption is the effort was put in at the front end and now the desire it to sit back and exist on customers who want click and play.
