"Excellent Software For Affiliate Marketers And Media Buyers"
What do you like best?
What I love about Retreaver is its excellent Webhook integration and attaching tags to each phone number. I also love Retreaver JS script for my websites and work perfectly well for my ad tracker Voluum and RedTrack. Unlike other platforms, Retreaver is the only platform I know that has the ability to grab URL parameters (Operating System, Country, City, Device, IP Address) and assigns them to the correct source that I using to drive call traffic to it. With it, I'm able to scale campaigns on Pop, Native, Push Ads & other ad formats. Without it, I would be limited to Google Ads & Facebook.
What do you dislike?
It's a very advanced platform and there is some learning curve to it. If you have a technical background it can help you speed up on learning the platform. Other than that I have no complaints.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
One of the biggest problems is trying to find a way to integrate a call tracker to my Ad tracker. One of the key components to running a successful campaign is tracking what traffic source and target sites are driving calls for my campaigns. With Retreaver's Number Pool & the ability to collect URL parameters including ClickID, I was able to blacklist target sites that aren't performing and increase bids for sites that are converting in unique traffic sources.

What do you like best?
The Retreaver team is extremely responsive and very helpful. There have been many times I had question, issue, or idea and they always provide quick, helpful responses. The team is very hands-on when it comes to problem solving and get on calls with us whenever this is an issue. Stan and Dylan provide unparalleled customer service and help us better understand how we can use their tools to suit our needs. They will even build certain functionality in if necessary and stay on the cutting edge of Pay Per Call.
Their reporting is easy to understand and provides relevant information up front without having to dig through a ton of data. They are also very patient and take the time to do walkthroughs with us for new features or show us how to better use existing features. Their support exceeds expectations and allows us to grow.
What do you dislike?
I really don’t have any complaints. Any time I have an issue it is taken care of by the Retreaver team promptly and any features that don't already exist are typically in their pipeline to be created.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
By simply having a demo with Stan or another member of the team, you'll quickly see that their support and functionality is unmatched compared to competitors.

Their reporting is unmatched - it helps us see high-level stats for day to day tasks, but also allows us to drill in on call details if we need more information. Everything is easily exportable if necessary and the Call UUID feature that tracks the call routing process has been an indispensable tool to help us identify issues in routing so that we can immediately fix them.

What do you like best?
Retreaver as a platform is easy to use and navigate and allows for a high level of customization. We have had very few reliability issues with them and we can always count on it working properly. As valuable, if not more, is there amazing customer service who truly care and want you to be successful. They have always gone above and beyond to solve problems and in the rare cases of any platform issues, apply appropriate credits. I would highly recommend anyone in the space to consider Retreaver for their call tracking needs.
What do you dislike?
There are a few quirks of the reporting functions that I think could be streamlined and altered to be more insightful such such as having the option to view conversion percentage based off of gross calls as well as unique calls. Also a better reporting method to more easily find discrepancies of payables vs receivables.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Without Retreaver we would be lost tracking our leads and receivables. It is a staple and absolute must have to keep track of our network.
