Worst Widget????????Worst Customer SupportThey forcefully charge renewal subscription...then never respond to refund request....even they hide credit card details so one can't change or delete payment details..meaning they will surely charge you ...whether you wish to continue service or not...Worst--worst...We uninstalled this unwanted app...But their script always keep loading when our site loads ..resulting in poor loading of homepage.I would recommend everyone to refrain from these poor guys...

The only redeeming factor is that the most basic possible features work.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The livechat software behaves like it was developed by beginner programmers and the support team has been equally useless. Try talking to them yourself and you'll quickly notice the broken English and unhelpful replies. Save yourself the headache and stick with a more established company instead.

What do you like best?
Its a best tool to engage your customers and listen to their issues. It improves customer statisfaction in the end.
What do you dislike?
I am not sure what i disliked so far. I can say that further features can be added or maybe licensing requirements should be more friendly.
