What do you like best?
Extremely friendly UI. Awesome support. Widest range of functionalities.

There's not a thing I don't like. This is as perfect as it gets.

What do you like best?
The system is intuitive, extremely user friendly & easy to navigate. The reporting is is customizable and seamlessly shared/exported.
What do you dislike?
I have not found any downsides yet - I will update this review, should anything come up!

We use Ringba to track all Call campaigns. The system allows us to easily manage our various campaign types, our Publishers feeding into those campaigns, and the Targets buying from us. Reporting is intuitive and allows us to easily share/export as needed.

It's hard not to like the fact that with Ringba we're paying less for even more features.

Tough to say since it's been a very positive experience thus far.
Dare I say; 100% satisfied? Really, Ringba rocks.

I thought we were at peak efficiency before, but once we ported into Ringba things took a turn for the even more efficient. We were really just looking to save a bit on our monthly statement while finding a solution with more than an ideal payment structure or terms.
We switched to Ringba and it turns out we got to save that money, but also uncovered new resources and chances to expand business along the way.

What do you like best?
By far the most impressive features in Ringba are the real-time ping tree and the ability to enrich incoming calls with 3rd party data. This allows us to provide a higher quality AND higher valued call to our clients.
What do you dislike?
Overall, I have no complaints. The system is great and the team behind it is by far the most hands on I've ever seen.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
There really isn't any other company that's close to where Ringba .
Plus, the support you get when using Ringba is unparalleled and you'll NEVER be ignored.

Problems: with other systems we've used, we could not take advantage of dynamic payouts from clients, i.e. getting more for the same call.
Benefits: we can easily accomplish this with our new dynamic clients, and we can also use this feature to SELL TO more clients.
