What are the best aspects of this product?

Fabulous and neat UI, convenient features for management tasks, and has a significantly smaller price than its competitors. I haven’t experienced difficulties when pulling all members into its dashboard, managing different channels, and handling notifications for everybody. Its API lets us integrate the tools we are already using in our company as well.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Team alerts are difficult to customize. I hope this would become easier to handle.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Our Company is comprised of different departments such as one for sales, one for development and one for helpdesk and technical support. Ryver lets us efficiently bind them all together into one interface, without worrying about the hassles of traditional emailing. Thus, teamwork and sharing of ideas have largely improved.

What are the best aspects of this product?

It works as a dependable tool for communication with tons of useful features. It has reliable security barriers too since anybody needs to get admin approval to enter our hub. This leaves unauthorized people unable to infiltrate our company privacy.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Ryver can only send one file on each message. Thus, it is quite inconvenient to send a few files to anybody.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Most of the top communication and conference apps have security serious security risks. For example, unauthorized people can easily hop in by getting approval from existing members. But in Ryver, only the admin, which is me, can grant such permission.

Viewing discussions and conversations is quite difficult. Also, audio and video files are problematic when handled on the platform. Plus, we often encounter errors when using the Android web application.

What are the best aspects of this product?
