Nach der Verwendung einiger so genannter internationaler CRM-Produkte, bei denen es sich um White Elephant handelte, empfahl einer meiner Kunden salesbabu crm. Ich begann mit ihrem 5-Benutzer-Paket für mein Unternehmen und mit nur 2 Online-Sitzungen ihrer crm-Schulung waren wir einsatzbereit. Mit salesbabu crm waren wir in der Lage, unseren gesamten Prozess abzubilden, den Verkaufsprozess und das Verkaufsteam effektiv zu verwalten. Wir konnten den Verkaufszyklus verkürzen und auch unsere Verkaufszahlen verbessern. Aber ich musste hinter meinem Team stehen, um den Prozess zu verfolgen und alle Details in das CRM einzugeben. Eine der besten Funktionen, die ich mochte, war die Zusammenarbeit zwischen dem Verkaufsteam unter Verwendung der Notizfunktion, alle Details wurden erfasst. Nach der anfänglichen Schulung war es einfach zu bedienen, ja es müssen zunächst Master konfiguriert werden, die Daten müssen verschiedenen Teammitgliedern zugeordnet werden, aber danach war alles systematisch. What do you like best?
My friend then suggested the use of SalesBabu CRM. At the outset there was a data input process, but now there's a day to day routine. I'm doing this very well. I can manage n, category numbers, link between replacement pieces, manage every replacement component in detail, handle my buffer stock–all these tasks were not so easy before. So far, I'm happy with my decision.
What do you dislike?
Initially, a person like me did too much input, because I used excellent to keep my stocks over the ages.

I can login to SalesBabu Desktop anywhere with my PC and the Internet, and access my stock, monitor and update any entry in real time. I'm not restricted to my workstation.

"Best quotation management software with approval & amendment feature"
What do you like best?
Simple to use -Very good quotation management with multiple options, amendment, approval system. Also what we like is their export to pdf resulting in professional quotation. Many times my clients are so impressed that they ask me about what software we are using. Earlier my people used to take 3-4 hours to prepare a quotation, coping from one place to another, resulting in many mistakes. Now we have created quotation templates and have asked my team to just use the templates, in 10 minutes they are able to prepare a quote and get approved. -Followup & calendar very good -order processing & payment tracking

gmail like email client missing, but remaining everything his amazing

Would request them to provide gmail like facility within the crm so that no need to use any other email client

Have been using SalesBabu CRM software for past 3 year. All my sales process is fully implemented in SalesBabu CRM and all full team is utilizing the full benefits of the software. Earlier we were facing lot of issues of duplication of work & data leading to mismatch and discrepancy and overall unprofessionalism with low output from the team. Implementing Salesbabu CRM was the best thing I did for my company and it has helped us improve our sales process, giving full visibility of our sales.
