PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

I love SalesLoft’s customer support team, they respond quickly to my questions so I don’t have to wait few hours in order to get the answer from them. They constantly release new features and integrations with numerous products. I like its Idea Exchange so we can vote for new updates and features. The tool is easy to use and the UI is intuitive, we don’t waste much time when emailing and calling.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

In order to get some things done you need to learn how the UI works, it has some learning curve especially when it comes to selecting all the contacts in a Cadence and to skip next step.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It helps with scaling a prospecting team, and it helps to simplify the process of emailing, calling and tracking prospect activities in more professional manner.

What are the best aspects of this product?

Cadences are important steps that sales team takes a prospect through. We all know that in order to succeed you must not send too much mails because people will block you, or maybe you have problem when it comes to contact them because you are not contacting them enough. Thankfully, here comes SalesLoft that would show you a way how to make things right and it will provide you with tools you’re going to need in order to log everything into SFDC automatically. It has great set of features such as analytics on how to stay in touch with prospects and information on how they should respond to. If you are using this app as a manager then you will get a dashboard so you can track KPI’s on a daily basis.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I haven’t run into anything that I might dislike.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It helps us to solve the problems with visibility into reps, the analytics on the blend of emails, social hits and cold calls. It helps us to better understand who things work. When it comes to benefits we are able to send out 300K targeting prospecting actives per quarter, so everyone in our sales department is engaged.

What are the best aspects of this product?

SalesLoft has great set of features, but I personally like the live call listing, analytics and standardized reporting features. The support team is great, they respond quickly and they are dedicated in resolving the issues. They have done everything that we needed in order to achieve some of our goals. There is continuous training and they provide great practice sessions to teams. The voicemail dropper helps the team to increase the overall reach without personal touch to the prospects.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There are some bugs with the SSO integration.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It helps us to streamline and standardized both our processes and messaging for our sales departments. SalesLoft is must have tool for our sales team because it provides visibility into the process and better way to perform communications with prospects.

What are the best aspects of this product?

One of the best things when working with SalesLoft is our connection with Jordan Baer, he is knowledgeable, helpful and helps us to get more form this tool. He is always available to everyone on the team. We are extremely satisfied from him. We have made our cadences a combination of 5 calls, 4 emails and 2 Likedln outreach.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I have to say that the cadence templates are not rolled out still.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

As a sales team we are focused on outbound dialing into a list of accounts. We make more than 100 calls. We call even marketing, engineering, human resources, IT and other so we can book meetings with our prospects. This tool helps us to better organize our tasks.

Great tool for tracking prospects

PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

This tool allows me to blast emails with only one click, and it provides me with information on how many times the emails are being opened. This is great because I can always know the perfect time when calling the prospects. With this tool I’m more organized and I have all the templates in place and I can see which one gets most views, replies and clicks.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

What I don’t like regarding this product is the inability to send more than 250 emails/daily, but I believe they will work on this one. I cannot deliver the messages because lot of companies block the domain and this means that sometimes the emails end up as spam.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I want to spread my company’s offers and to get our prospects engaged about our solutions and hot they can use our technology for solving business challenges. This software helps me to identify right prospects and to contact them.
