What are the best aspects of this product?
Salesmate CRM is simple to use. For user’s such as me who are already working in a Google environment, it is a boon as it integrates well with the Google Apps. It offers competent CRM capabilities and has a number of useful lead management features. The automation takes care of the manual tasks.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The dearth of integration with every G-Suite App which I wish is resolved quickly.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
I would like to have marketing automation features in the future versions.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Suits remote work environment as it allows data accessibility from anywhere and from any device. Also, helped me in streamlining my sales process.

PROS & CONS
What are the best aspects of this product?
Easy pipeline and project management. Calling made easy. Now I don't need to use any other integration, they provide it within the CRM. I like that part.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
In some cases, like marketing campaign, I think there's a scope of improvements. Though they have the text and email campaign facilities, which I use!
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
Marketing and attractive emails.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Our pipeline growth has now increased to 200%.

A simple sales activity management tool for an Information Technology Business
PROS & CONS
What are the best aspects of this product?
Simple, elegant, user-friendly. Provides a single deal view. Two-way sync for Gmail and other webmail services. As a business owner, this is what I wanted. I need to keep a tab on accounts, my daily expenses, and the clients. Salesmate is my companion in my journey towards setting up my dream business. I can access all my data from any location, I can move deals on the go, I can track my appointments, my email conversations, and my call history.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Well, I have not encountered any cons, but I do have a suggestion. they should come up with marketing automation
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
A simple invoicing system so I don't have to look for other apps.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Previously we have been using many different tools to organize our business, but ever since we have started using Salesmate, we could cut down the cost of multiple tools.

Not bad as a crm and easy to use but still has its issues
PROS & CONS
What are the best aspects of this product?
Bulk emailing is amazing with tagging which is what I use it for the most. Also, the ability to see the emails trail in each contact is great. Their customer service is amazing and they are very polite and courteous. They are striving to always get better which is a good sign but improvement need to be made to mix it with the big boys.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
They are quite a few glitches that I experience. They do fix most of them but everytime one is fixed, I find that another little glitch occurs. They have a quick turn around usually in fixing issues. What could work better is many more Api\\\'s. If open a notification in Gmail, I the email doesn\\\'t display correctly. They informed me they are waiting on Gmail to approved the extension fix. They don\\\'t have enough Apis compared to many other platforms such as Copper, Salesforce and The Hub Spot. They still need Xero api which I am still waiting for. The salesmate extension in Gmail needs quote a bit of work to make it easier to work with. The display option isn\\\'t quite right yet. Also, they only have conversation only view in emails when using salesmate email which I really dislike and they dont give you an option to turn it off. I loath it. They used to have it off prior to joining bit didn\\\'t give an option to turn it off once they changed it back. Another thing to get better is if a contact has 2 emails,when you send an email, it doesn\\\'t track it to see who opened it. It says opened by anyone. Invoicing integration isn\\\'t added in yet accept quickbooks online which is not good when competing with the top 10 crm companies. This is a must.

When using templates, you can\\\'t attach files to the template, only when using when sending an email you can only upload a file. A big draw back in my eyes.

They fix most problems and usually in a quick turn around. Their support is brilliant. One of the best inhave ever dealt with. They are very friendly too. Salesmate help my company ib quite a big with bulk emailing to tags. This is a huge plus in my eyes. They are always willing to listen to improvements. If they get rolled out, only time will tell. I love how I can see wou opened an email I sent. I love this and works well.

Probably the best CRM program…
Probably the best CRM program available. I have taken in depth looks at about 50 CRM's and used five as part of my business. Salesmate is heads and shoulders about the rest. It has VOIP integration (phone) that works very well. Other CRM software have VOIP integration, but work very poorly. A huge bonus is that Salesmate has mobile appt that integrates data with the desktop. For each client, you can track activities, calendar appointments/events, text messages, emails, todos, notes, calls, etc. It is not perfect, however, (1) it exports activities, okay, but not texts and emails. This is bad. But no other CRM comes close to the functionality of this program. This program can be customized to meet a multitude of industries. I am an attorney and it works really well tracking multiple cases for individual clients. Other things it could do better. (2) can only attach documents to emails that are less than 10mb's... when the industry standard currently is 20mb's. With the increase of bandwidth, it should be 100mb's. The mobile app does not link phone calls for contacts with deals (cases) FOR INCOMING CALLS -- you have do it manually later, which is bad. (3) The mobile app could be a little easier to navigate. Customer service is very good but not perfect. If you need to migrate data from your program to Salemate, I don't think it is easy if you have complicated data to import. There customer service is limited in helping on this. I was even willing to pay them extra to do a migration of data. Their database for soting data is good but a user should be familar with filtering concepts. I give this company 5 stars because it clearly is the best.
