What are the best aspects of this product?
Salsa CRM made it easy for users to handle your contributors, sponsors, volunteer groups, as well as your employees!
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I don't have noticed something that I don't like since then.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We use Salsa CRM to monitor sponsor relationships, track the progress of our upcoming charitable contributions and coordinate project management information.

What are the best aspects of this product?
The integration with Salsa Engage (email & marketing) is, far and away, the best aspect of Salsa, but there are many other platforms that can do this for far less money. Imports are straightforward and there is simple way to global update- ie add all in an import to a Salsa Engage group.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Salsa CRM is not intuitive or easy to use, limiting the use within our organization to one staff person (NOT what you want in a donor platform or CRM). Manual data entry is clunky and time consuming. The built in formats emphasize services we don't offer/ info we don't need to collect and seem better suited to a very large fundraising enterprise. It is very difficult to customize data fields in a way that is easy for others to see and use. There is a limit to how many customizable fields you can have. It is way overpriced. Customer service is almost nonexistent. They couldn't even send the bill to the right place. They locked us in for a 3 year contract and we got very little value from that contract. The charge s are not upfront, hidden additional fees. Running a report is time consuming, repetitive, and not intuitive. Should I continue?
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
None. I will not use this product again. I inherited this contract when I started my job and have been waiting out our contract since about a month in.

Salsa CRM is very user friendly, simple to understand and offers useful features.

What are the best aspects of this product?
I enjoy the latest component interface. It displays all the latest operations and searches data on a single device. As well, Salsa is so easily understandable that we've had minimal trouble having personnel back in operation. User permissions provide sufficient versatility in which operators could maintain data security stable while letting users get some control over the information.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Transferring to Excel in a certain document does not consider cash fields as amounts. I am always personally fixing it before I submit financial statements and question findings to the team and the organization. Personalized features enable charitable organizations to build their database files consisting of information that we want to gather, however some details generated by applications which we don't monitor can not be deleted such as sex, religion, race, etc.. The author does not always enable messages to be revised. If a picture is inserted into a message, it could not be modified by the CRM. As eventually as the modifications are saved, the original letter will vanish. These are problems that I hope Salsa is going to be able to address these concerns.

Our server has been a problem. Too many users used to have operational access and confusion were made. We can utilize to Salsa and start cleaning up the details which seemed to have never been done. Salsa CRM has assisted us to organize our data input operations and make efficient use of our contributor information. We have merged with Salsa Engage to enhance contributor participation opportunities.

PROS & CONS
What are the best aspects of this product?
We used excel sheets and Salsa placed almost all our sponsors in one position and made it easy for us to connect with them via Engage. We already have a background of our contributors and can quickly determine their engagement within our company. The great feature had been on-line activity scheduling, preventing workers from making reservations and responding to questions. The method is all available on the site and convenient for our visitors to use.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The software program needed a few things to be ok with, because once we understood how well it operated. Private document formatting saves more time.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Enhanced contributor coordination, management services and e-mail communications, all of which are monitored collectively.
