It's simple to use and scalable according to the size of your business using a variety of ways to distribute and sell at every angle.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It would be great if the system can be more intuitive so we don't have to modify each data, and that we can have at least two sessions for a single login.

Being able to create and integrate various areas for growth to fit our business needs.

The integration process is seamless for helping us grow as a business. It's done fuss-free -- quickly at an affordable cost, offering fast solutions for the issues that came up -- making us a more efficient company.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

More flexible programming/development in the later stages of integration, so we can reverse things we don't need or pivot to a different solution.

We were able to easily move processes and staff to other parts of the business and run a more efficient team.

SAP Business One is helpful for us to integrate data across departments so managers have access at any time and pull streamlined insights according to our analytics.

Having a more intuitive reporting function would be more helpful so it's easier for anyone in our team will be able to pull insights from our data.

Our work culture has developed and is more data-driven, which has been made easier with SAP Business One.

What are the best aspects of this product?

I learned how to use SAP Business One without any technical issues when I click on the modules. It's also very easy to upload excel files, generate documents, and edit reports, with data that is synced up on mobile. It's also a fit for small businesses because it's affordable.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Security access needs more improvement, otherwise, anyone can just access the data.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We're able to track data on our entire workflow, so we can predict cost and gain insight on our analytics, which all managers have access to.
