"Sematext log analysis simply works - easy to configure and reliable"
What do you like best?
When we were looking around for managed ELK stack, we had tough time to just configure log shipper of many of them... well except sematext which worked out of the box! Their support has been very responsive and helpful. Once they were proactive to let us know there is something wrong in our config and helped us fix it.
What do you dislike?
Nothing really. But if I really have to be critical, then perhaps the user access management UI/UX could have been simpler.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We have lots of logs that are generated which we constantly look at for debugging purpose. We also have set up alerts on these logs which helps us know if something is wrong.

What do you like best?
Being able to send logs directly from our application using a combination of Serilog and the ElasticSearch sink
What do you dislike?
Index management of fields. This could be easier/quicker with the option of being able to "reset" indexes

Centralised logging across a distributed system and tracking of activities from one system to the next. We've also made use the Webhooks on alerts to restart systems in the event of failure.
