"Complete error tracking platform for Native and Web Apps"
What do you like best?
For web products, It's incredibly easy to configure and with a simple integration you can start to track your product. The information it attaches with a default configuration to every issue helps a lot with bug fixing and debugging, something that can be enhanced providing stack traces, suspect commits or even session replay. It does offer a lot of options to also enrich the events with custom information or tags that can be helpful for more precisely debugging.
What do you dislike?
The integration with web apps is quite simple, but it lacks a lot of features it offers with another frameworks like release health or more rich metrics. The stack traces can be confusing sometimes, but I guess it depends of your build configuration and stack.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We need to monitor an international web app that can be executed in a very diverse environment (devices, OS, browsers...) where sometimes strange errors can happen. Sentry helps us to react to unexpected issues in production as well as to better identify corner cases and to know the real impact of some issues in our web apps audience.

"Track and fix the bugs faster"
What do you like best?
It notifies of any bugs happening instantly and helps in fixing the bugs even before the users or the clients get to know. Another great thing is that it provides stack trace and context values so it becomes easier to find the bugs in the code.
It also puts different occurrences of the same bug in a single thread so it becomes easier to find frequency of the bug and work accordingly. It also integrates well with JIRA so creating issues and assigning becomes easier.
What do you dislike?
It integrates seamlessly with Python/django projects. But when I tried to integrate it with my node.js/Express.js project, it didn't integrate completely. I mean I was not able to see proper stack traces. Stack traces were shown of some generated files. Even after I uploaded the source map, it was not working properly.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
It is very common that something goes wrong in production environment because of some bug which was left in the code. Such things cause the more damage the later we get to know about them. Sentry helps us get to know such bugs very quickly so that they can cause least damage and we can act quickly and fix them.
It also helps in tracking the resolution status of bugs and assigning the bugs to different team members.

"Saviour at all time"
What do you like best?
Increases productivity
Tells us where the problem exactly with the complete stack trace
What do you dislike?
Almost nothing. The product is great and does what it promises.
Beware it will make your developers lazy.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Must go tool if you are working in a fast paced environment
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Bugs in production can be directly solved with minimal effort.
Bug tracking and fixing takes lot less time as it shows the complete stack trace
