Servant Keeper is a user-friendly platform that can store everything you need in each aspect of managing your church.

It is quite limited when it comes to customizing the organization of data.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

As a secretary at our church, I can testify on how easy my work had become. It eradicated redundancies so processes are made faster. I was even able to increase my productivity.

What are the best aspects of this product?

Servant Keeper gives you great storage for your members and visitors' contact details. You can even keep tabs of their donations, which helps in budgeting work.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It can only search last names, which is not realistic because we come to know and remember people at church through their first names. It also requires a steep learning curve before you can get comfortable with the interface.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Servant Keeper is excellent in keeping a rich mailing list and complying easily with tax submissions. We can also tailor the features so that it perfectly fits our needs. Every day, we still learn new features and figure out how we could take advantage of them.

I love how Servant Keeper cleanly categorizes groups, for instance, based on memberships and non-membership contributions, and lay them down neatly in one location. It also integrates seamlessly with our in-house systems and databases.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There is nothing about Servant Keeper that disappoints me.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Servant Keeper is an efficient way to input information of members or visitors and their corresponding contributions, among a variety of information you can include such as interests, etc. With Servant Keeper we have an organized safekeeping of our records.

What are the best aspects of this product?

Servant Keeper generates very comprehensive reports that are crucial in our decision making. Aside from this, you have a wide room to personalize how to present the report.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The three-step process to access the platform is tedious. I think the two steps would be enough.

Servant Keeper made recordkeeping easy for us, enabling us to build better relationships with members.

I just wish that the interface can have a more modern look.
