ServiceTitan helps keep all our work orders , billing and payroll streamlined. They are constantly updating and adding features to make the software better. It can help a service based contractor stay organized and profitable. Would highly recommend

This is a great platform to use for…service companies like electrical, plumbing heating and air companies
This is a great platform to use for your business. But there is no follow thru with things. You make suggestions and they never seem to happen. Also, the customer service is not that great. you are supose to have a person assigned to help you and your company. Well that person has changed multiple times in just the last 5 years. They should be checking in on their customers monthly but they don't. Also, They do updates all the time which is great but they should be doing these on the weekends when there is less traffic on the sites. It never fails that there are issues either on the office side or the mobile side after every update they do. This is not acceptable for their customers. When their site has problems or shuts down completely we are dead in the water and can not work. This happens after every upgrade they do. They really should be taking care of their customers better. More hands on to make sure they are all good. Don't just sit back and take our money. Help us understand Service Titan more and show us more ways we can use your system.

One star is way too much for this…
One star is way too much for this company! They suck! The forced us to go live when we weren't ready, they customer service doesn't really help our company, I put in a request for help, and never got a call back! The person we got after go live is a total jerk! He is never available for a meeting and when we email him our questions, he says to set up a Calendly, but I'm not sure how that works when he is always unavailable. WORST COMPANY EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!

What are the best aspects of this product?
The ease of use allows us to do a lot of essential tasks with ServiceTitan, including tracking our service pros, input new customer’s data, and take old customer’s files.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
You have to go over a lot of processes before finishing the job booking. Also, it doesn’t have an end time, which is really a time-consuming process when I need to go back to the scheduled job and make some changes in it to make it even longer.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
With ServiceTitan, we can manage our bookings and financials in the company. Its dispatch board also helps us track our service techs. Most importantly, we use ServiceTitan to store customer data.

LIES! LIES! LIES!
LIES! LIES! LIES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Service Titian caused us so much grief and our company thousand's of dollars. They promised us they work well with our Quickbooks program. LIES! The amount of hours we spent on the phone with them, they should be paying me! All the issues that came about, they didn't even know how to fix themselves. We had to wait days for them to come up with solutions and call us back. So many batch's we transferred over to Quickbooks the amounts were completely wrong, doubled our transactions, or put into the wrong place. As you can see with other reviews the managed tech's price is outrageous. As well as the time cards, we always had errors we had to fix with that as well. DO NOT USE SERVICE TITIAN, IT WILL MAKE YOUR JOB 1000X HARDER!!!!!!!!!!!!! WAY TOO COMPLICATED THEN IT NEEDS TO BE AND HALF THE EMPLOYEES DON'T KNOW HOW TO HELP YOU.
