What are the best aspects of this product?

The product is easy to use and extremely intuitive. You can plug-in for your email and then all your work is done in less time.It secures the attachments immediately without prompting. Also, you can easily send documents in a secure way. The recipients don’t have to use few steps in order to download the files.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It works perfectly for me, I don’t have dislikes about it.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I work in a company that majority of files need to be secure we can choose how securely we’d like to send something and we can even use password in order to protect the documents. It allows us to put various levels of security.

What are the best aspects of this product?

I like the Outlook plugin feature! I can automatically convert files that are large into ShareFile links. I can request files from others ho do not have cloud storage or ftp site solution. The UI is smooth, clean and intuitive on every device, apps and web browser. We can easily see who has permissions and generate Activity Log to keep track of uploaded and dowloaded files.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It lacks some minor customization options, the banner and URL could take extra customization such as company logos and other features so the other side can know that the links are real.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It helps us to send files even to those who doesn’t have a Citrix Account, it offers unlimited storage tier which is extremely helpful option.

What are the best aspects of this product?

I like that I’m able to send a link for another party to upoad a file. Lot of my co-workers ar eusing this feature because they are not tech savvy when it comes to uploading and sharing files. I feel like the sharing process is securely and safe process. It offers lot of options on how you want to share files.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The interface looks complex and complicated especially when I want to find where to send and receive files and other tools. It would be helpful if they could provide step by step walk-through when you initially set up the account.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

One of the best benefits I have with this tool are the safely and securely sending personal information and files with others. We also use it to back up all the files on our computer.

What are the best aspects of this product?

I like that I can upload huge files and send them directly to others and they can easily download it. As a client I found this tool extremely easy to use because all it requires is a click of a link and download a the file without the need of going through logging into FTP sites. When you upload files you’ll get notifications when the files are being downloaded.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The integration with Outlook needs some improvements and needs to be upgraded because I have issues when using the Sharefile link provided by Outlook when sending huge file. The Outlook crashes and I have to re-type original mail over again.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Benefits are: file storage and sending huge files to those you want and they don’t have to log-in into FTP sites and searching for a folders. Also, you can always download files into Sharefile storage and download it later on your Pc.
