What are the best aspects of this product?
This app made everything convenient for me with one less thing to worry about! I no longer have to constantly check my schedule because I get reminded about it automatically.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
You have to configure the settings on the app once again when you change your device. I hope the settings are linked with the account, not with the app.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
It helps me track my schedule, monitor availabilities, and record time.

What are the best aspects of this product?
The app allows you to check the schedule of everyone on the team. It plots everything into a single calendar, which makes it easier for one to select their own shift schedule.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I hope it allows the printing of detailed schedules.

Employees can now conveniently select their shifts while eliminating conflicting schedules with other staff.

I love that it can be accessed through any device. It's so convenient.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I hope there's a way to select which users are notified about a certain shift. Of course, team leaders have to be notified/reminded of their members' schedules.

Shiftboard made employee management and schedule tracking so much easier!

What are the best aspects of this product?
It's a straightforward app that I find really useful in our operations! My teammates and I can now login wherever we are (since we're always doing work outside the office). We no longer have to go to the office to clock in and go back out again.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I hope they would improve the design of the interface. It's not that visually appealing, at least for me.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
It made our scheduling a lot more clearer for everyone. It also improved our internal communications.

What are the best aspects of this product?
This is an all-in-one and centralized software that makes the job of HR admins like me so much easier. Scheduling shifts can be done in a breeze while just using a single software.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It's difficult to use at first especially the custom reporting. Adding fields is a bit tricky.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We used to have a lot of call-outs and no shows among our staff since keeping track of everyone's schedule is not really easy. With this app, everyone gets reminded automatically of their schedules through online notifications. It significantly reduced absences.
