This is an all-in-one platform for all your e-commerce/online store needs! The best things about it are its user-friendliness, integrations, speed, and customizations.

Shopify requires us to use their checkout processor. They would ask for fees if we'd prefer using another app for this function.

Shopify is safe and secured software. You don't have to worry about your business data, customer information, and banking details. It works with PSI and it also issues SSL certificates.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

You have to get the most expensive plan to get access to your site's code. It uses Liquid as a programming language, and you must have a knowledge of it to further your customizations.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Our business is protected because of the security certificates of Shopify. The backup feature is extremely helpful as well, especially for our peace of mind. We don't have to worry about lost data or messing up anything on the site.
