What are the best aspects of this product?

I’ve been long waiting for Shopify POS on Android devices and finally, it’s available now. It’s a relief because I do not need to use 3rd party collection applications anymore.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Originally, the software is only available on iPad and iPhone. It took a while before they finally extended their offerings to Android operating systems. Before they release the Android apps, I was using Square. It’s a bit frustrating because I already have a system established for it and it would be a waste to get rid of it now.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We are able to sell our products while on the go without having to deal with the hassles when using a third-party vendor. With Shopify POS, we are able to track and view direct sales on my Shopify inbox.

What are the best aspects of this product?

Specifically, I like the ease and speed of searching stuff in the inventory. Overall, Shopify POS is pretty durable and powerful software.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I had to wait for so long to register the card reader that I’ll be using and it is inconvenient especially when I have to ring up clients. Now, we had a new chip reader and hopefully, it would work seamlessly and better than the card reader.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This system helped us manage both our online and physical store. We are not only able to monitor our inventory and sales but also accept credit cards.

What are the best aspects of this product?

I was able to understand how to use Shopify POS without breaking a sweat because of its intuitive interface. At times when I did not understand how to execute an action on the platform, I only had to get in touch with the product's customer care team. Additionally, the hardware's accompaniments provide us with the whole spectrum of retail experience, from searching the inventory to customizing our receipts.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It would be great if Shopify POS could be enhanced with additional tools for customer data gathering. This need came up when I needed to generate a pre-order via the web app. This meant that the customer had to input his credit card details in the e-store in person instead of simply swiping his card through the reader.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

In-store and personal selling are made seamless by Shopify POS since it keeps a record of our entire inventory in its system. In the backend, the software empowers our staffs to track their sales performance to help them improve. Aside from that, Shopify POS integrates with Shopify's reporting suite so that we can identify which items in our inventory are the most popular.

What are the best aspects of this product?

Our business set up an online shop with a well-known e-commerce platform. Apart from that though, we have been into selling our goods at fairs and markets during weekends. With Shopify POS, we can sell our stock with ease!

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

So far there is nothing to dislike about Shopify POS since we have not encountered any issue in the use of this software.

Shopify POS allows us to process payments using cash and credit cards in physical transactions.

What are the best aspects of this product?

It integrates all our sales transactions. Payments are also streamlined, fast and accurate. Processing receipts is smooth. At the end of the day, generating a report to consolidate all these transactions is a cinch. No more manual, tedious work that consumes much of my nights before.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Quite difficult to learn at first. Shopify should have more basic videos on how to integrate the POS into the e-commerce platform and even into the card reader. The system is testy at times due to wrong configurations by user.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

More accurate transactions, I get to see payments with more visibility. It helps me track profit-cost better. Overall, it improves our bottom line.
