"It has been a great help to improve all the marketing of my company"
What do you like best?
The fact that it allows me to manage the information related to the marketing of my company in a safe, easy and fast way is a very valuable option, thanks to this I have been able to design and execute a large number of tasks and very digital marketing strategies. impactful for my clients, generating good results after their implementation, its ease of use is something that is enormously surprising since it allows me to do everything in a fairly simple way, in terms of performance the application is quite excellent, the fact that it allows me to perform multiple tasks It is also quite useful when using it since I can do something simple such as segmenting my target audience, as well as somewhat more complex tasks such as carrying out study and segmentation tests in relation to the activities carried out in a much simpler way.
What do you dislike?
Basically none, during my use I have not had any problems while I have decided to use this application which for me turned out to be quite a surprise since with other types of similar applications I never got the results that I expected, so I did not have my Very high expectations with this system, however it worked perfectly for me.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
It has been a great help to improve all the marketing of my company by allowing me to collect with great simplicity and precision information of interest to my clients that allow me to design and create strategies based on the results obtained, in such a way that my campaigns have a significant impact on my customer segment.

Automated campaign flows. Identifying cohorts to target/ exclude for email and acquisition campaigns. We've reduced lots of manual analysis and campaign building time.

The only thing I would improve about SimonData would be that we should have an easier way to organize flows and segments. I love the platform because it's easy to use.

If you're looking to be self-service but also get insightful tips and support, SimonData is perfect for you. I'm part of a smaller company and team and really feel that Simon gives me what I need to make excellent business decisions.

What do you like best?
The best thing about the Simon team is that they are always able to come up with a solution to any issue we find. The Simon team also consistently responds to any questions we have in a timely manner. They are always looking to improve our experience with the platform and have helped us to more efficiently segment our email contacts.
What do you dislike?
The journey builder is a place where we find the most friction. Luckily, this is something Simon is aware of and they are revamping this feature in the coming months.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We are constantly looking for ways to simplify our complicated email segments. With the help of the team we were able to cut down on some of the pieces in the segment builder which allowed for the platform to run faster.

"Goes above and beyond expectations"
What do you like best?
The native integrations are incredible - they allow us to seamlessly connect to different tools/channels in a customer's journey to better target them. It has definitely decreased the amount of time that it takes for both acquisition and retention marketing teams to push audiences to various channels, and has saved the analytics team valuable time as they no longer have to create custom segments in Looker.
What do you dislike?
My only complaint is that the on-boarding flow was a bit confusing. I know the tool is not meant to be 100% self-service, forcing the client to rely on the customer success team for setup, but it was unclear where things were meant to be self-service vs. where I needed to pull in the Simon team. Once it's up and running, though, it is seamless and easy to use!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Be very clear about your use cases. If you are looking for advanced predictive modeling or user stitching, then this is not the tool for you - if you are looking for something to empower teams throughout your organization to automate and self-serve, then this will change the game!
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We no longer have to rely on the data and analytics team to pull customer segments from Looker and upload them to our ESP (Bronto). We are also expanding customization and audience syncs across channels with new integrations like Facebook and AdWords, both of which hadn't leveraged custom audiences prior to us onboarding simon. Simon has also allowed us to more seamlessly integrate email engagement data into our segmentation and targeting, as it is something that we were unable to do prior.
We are also leveraging Simon to do custom email recommendations - prior to this, our emails have been a bit more simplistic - but now, with all of our data in one place, we can really use dynamic templating to target customers!
