What are the best aspects of this product?

Sisense does things you'd never expect to come from a tool run in a simple web browser. The system is powerful, but not for developers who promise the moon and give you nothing to work around, but for you who are in control of data right now. The way how you manage data will be entertaining for you, and you'll employ some creativity to make your own data structures. Mighty, ain't it?

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Great for the pocket, even better for the mind. Nothing to worry folks, it looks the way it sounds! That's why I love it!

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

All data is there, within reach for any analysis or estimations. We already forgot how it is to browse files separately, to take months to create a reasonable report, and to pass it to a single person per attempt. Better yet, you can analyse data from unconnected sources.

What are the best aspects of this product?

Sisense enabled our business to grow and scale several times more than what we expected. We didn't even have to go for extra licenses, unecessary add-ons, or additional costs. We succeeded in merging more than a dozen data sources into one source of truth which offered effective insights into our business.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It's lacking some much needed visualizations. There are certain apps intended for iOS that just don't seem to work. If they can improve on both these areas, I'm sure it can go a long way to attract more users like me.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

The tool is widely utilized in our company for a number of things. It helped us acquire better insight into the data that we currently have. We're able to acquire improved insights. It automated reports that are both labor intensive and time consuming.

What are the best aspects of this product?

The experience was totally worth it. We're using Sisense internally and for reslling OEM to clients. The folks from Sisense did a wonderful job assisting us with our first-use cases, which we found to be an excellent source for hands-on eduction. We've been operating the platform for over a year now.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We found the mobile experience lacking. We did notice they've grown a bit since last year. But it still requires further capabilities for it to be that all-around package. What matters is that it's growing and it'll continue to expand its features.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It offered internal visibility for both our executive and account management operations. It also provides direct visibility to clients via a Sisense OEM license. We're now becoming dependent on operational analytics from Sisense when it comes to both feature updates and features priority assessment.

What are the best aspects of this product?

The software is simple to develop. It's intuitive and easy to use. Sisense assisted our BI team and saved us plenty of time when constructing dashboards intended for our audiences. Its data source management is easy and gives room for customizations. Dashboards are simple to navigate and works really quick.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Regardless of the issue we faced, however big or small it may be, each one of them has been addressed. The Sisense team did an incredible job looking into each problem. With that in mind, I don't think there's anyting for me to hate. So that means I have no "dislikes" to report.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We're operating a health center that is federally qualified. The needs of our business can range anywhere from patient and clinical data to supporting clinical activities which cater to patient experience and quality of care. We're also using for our revenue cycle and for specific programs.

What are the best aspects of this product?

We use it to connect many different data sources together and to segment each of them on the dashboard in order to analyse it. The UI is already amazing, but it seems they will never stop improving it. I think that's amazing. The overall experience is somehow transparent, having a marvelous team to back you up in every situation. I guess this is the first time that I actually see a company so concerned about the way client use their product, and I am glad to provide any improvement hint they need.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We got confused in some situations, but the support team tackled those immediately. It means there is nothing I could complain about.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We follow trends and trigger actions depending on the data information we're analysing (now we have both first-hand and thrid-party data in one place). We follow media data easily, and we are able to measure its effect on any measurable metric and for every client. The dashboard allows us to simplify complicated data to the extent that even inexpereinced clients would understand why a certain action is better than the others. Summing up, we have quantitative knowledge that makes us reputable and reliable. I think we could all agree that this is the shortcut for sucessful accomplishment of projects.
