What are the best aspects of this product?

All of the features are useful to multiple scenarios. We particularly enjoy the Power User feature, the ease of use of the LMS, and the customer support!

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There have been some minor glitches but nothing that our Customer Success Manager, Kayla, couldn't help solve. She gives us time to explain any issues we're experiencing and finds the solution.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

I would like to see a QR code system where I could use my phone and pull up and active/past-due certifications and licensures that an employee has.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We were having issues tracking compliance but with SkyPrep we were able to get this sorted out and ensure that our commitment to safety is upheld.

What are the best aspects of this product?

The ease of the platform for our staff, ages that range from 18 to 80. The team over at SkyPrep is also always there to answer any questions or assist in any way.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The app but I only say that because you cannot zoom on a smartphone or tablet. The fact that there is an app is amazing, especially since not everyone has a computer now.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Honestly not too sure since most things I want to add, get added shortly after I request them or even before I think about it.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

A majority of our staff are seasonal so being able to train them on the smaller things each week throughout the season is huge for us to get the message and policies to multiple people at one time.

What are the best aspects of this product?

The Skyprep platform is simple and friendly to use for managers and learners. It gave our company an opportunity to present more professional and engaging content for our staff. Since we started using Skyprep in 2016 we have been able to add additional content and material for our franchisees and coaches. The Skyprep platform is continually improved and enhanced with additional functionality.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There needs to be one more user level above; Learner, Manager and Administrator.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Document storage for managers and learners could be improved. Notification settings where managers receive a notification when a learner is ready to start a new course and meets the requirements.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

To provide a more engaging and professional training experience to our coaches (learners). To ensure quality and consistency across the franchise network in training.

What are the best aspects of this product?

The ease of use of this software is amazing, especially for companies who have a wide range of ages among their workforce. We have had almost zero issues with our employees navigating the platform to complete their training. It has also been great with making training consistent across the board as well as a great reporting tool to keep track of where new hires are at in their training.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The ILT portion of the system does need some work, specifically with SkyPrep's integration with Microsoft Teams. Our company uses Teams as our main source of internal communication, and we have tried to apply it to the live training sessions but the connection always breaks. We aren't sure if this is an issue on SkyPrep's or Microsoft's side, but that has been one of the few issues we've had since implementing the LMS system to our workforce.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Right now, the system has everything we need for our company's training and development purposes. As we continue to grow, I'm sure there will be things that come up, but at the moment there really isn't anything to add to the wish list!

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We've always had a difficult time with consistency of training among our new hires, as well as not really knowing where they stood within the first six months of their starting at our company. This system has completely resolved those issues.

What are the best aspects of this product?

Versatility of the platform and ease of deployment once set up and courseware is uploaded,

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Enrollment of business partners is occasionally problematic, however, very quickly and easily resolved.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

I would like to see the addition of a training and safety audit function that Administrators and Content Managers could use to audit and track observations of completed learning, I would find it valuable to have the ability to create an audit style checklist that is attached to a course or is stand-alone, while still training and OJT based, that can be scheduled on a monthly recurring basis.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Deployment of training content across a wide organizational network.
