I have great experience with Skyward
PROS & CONS
What are the best aspects of this product?
Skyward provides different features that are very helpful for us as teaches, we can use features for grading, taking attendance, setting up student profiles and etc. The program can be specialized to my school’s needs. It provides different sections in areas of academics.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
There are so many features and the problem is that I don’t know how to use them all. I wish they could make tutorials on how to use the product. Also, I would like to enter grades with percent not numbers. Also, they could implement “push” button to return and enter grades to the next student.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
What I really like most about Skyward is the ability to have communication with my students’ parents, and they are able to keep track of their children progress at school.

What are the best aspects of this product?
When it comes to gathering and keeping data, Skyward meets all my needs. I can easily build reports, I can gather the data and sort it the way I want. One of the greatest things about Skyward is the ability to keep track and to view my students’ profile, it keeps everything from their address to their grades.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
There is only one thing that I dislike in Skyward, when I want to make a new report I have to change/create few adjustments so I can get specific report. On the other side, the more reports you create the less need to make additional adjustments.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Skyward helps me to solve the problem with employee and student data. I am able to keep all the data in one system. This system allows me to be more efficient when I need to check some information or to re/enter new data.

What are the best aspects of this product?
Skyward allows me to put in attendance and everyone in the office can view it immediately. Every piece of information starting from employee information to class information is in one place. I can keep track of every data, and access it any time.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I think the password requirement is too much. I’m not good in remembering passwords, so I have to change it very often. It really has so many requirements when it comes to passwords. I need to keep a post-it passwords on my desk.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Skyward helps me to organize my information. I am allowed to keep track of every student information and keep it in one place.

What do you like best?
Made it easy to teach everyday. The best feature of Skyward is that daile attendance, rating and attendance monitoring is quick and smooth, making it possible to continue teaching work with limited interference, whereas the tools and approaches I used to slow down my workflow as a classroom instructor. I can start a degree in several courses at the same time; I can change attendance from one screen for several days; I can decide how my grades are measured, so that I am not boring and can merge Skyward with our LMS. It can be navigated and students can see clearly and agree on their own performance. Our university uses Skyward to execute many tasks traditionally kept in various areas. A huge amount of information should be examined continuously and efficaciously.
What do you dislike?
I had to lead other teachers step by step during the cost-refund cycle. Better if they had the teacher's name identified. Many programs cause frustrating rating annoyance. The method of grade change might be streamlined with a closed grading period. Skyward does more than I ever would need to do otherwise.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
It encourages students, supervisors, parents and employers to obtain information to support them in the education process. There are several features in a cozy space. Contacting parents or other workers through Skyward is easy and convenient. In the field of schooling, connectivity is important. Skyward communicates with parents or other workers instantly and conveniently. To make sure students and families see exactly what activities are due and what training they are receiving, Skyward combines seamlessly with Google Classroom. I'm helping run the interactive curriculum of my university. I use this many times a day to get a transcript easily, to review a current timetable or to review the background of a student. I'm effective in doing these activities and I'll have to do a lot of tasks while I engage a pupil in our district or take classes in one of the LMS we deal with.
