They should allow notification customization. This is so we can mute certain time frames such as lunch break.

Users can access this from anywhere. It is also good for tacking time.

Fixing log-in credentials can be troublesome. I had colleagues who had to go back and forth just to access it.

I can now schedule staff from outside. It is also great in job costing because I can really keep track of their time.

It has a user-friendly interface. It also works well with android and iOS. Best of all, it allows you to designate shifts, time, and holidays.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
They should decrease the header size when printing the schedule. This will allow us to save paper. Other than this, I really don't have any complaints about the app.

It is absolutely free. It is great for small businesses and non-profit organizations. We can also see the shift of our workmates so we can see who is available in cases of emergency.

What are the best aspects of this product?
Organizing the schedule of my employees is easy. More than one person can also edit and approve changes in schedule.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Requesting time off must be done weekly. It'd be nice if they can have this at least every three days.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
I can easily keep track of my schedule. I know who is working and when. It is very convenient to change shifts.
